Had a great experience with Maryam Toorialsi during my November 6,2023 rental. She is very knowledgeable and sensitive. I expressed concern about the weather and she put me in an all-wheel drive vehicle. Very customer focused.
Bong in the return garage was very helpful as well.

Amazing customer service at this location. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Rental exceeded expectations. Great work by the gentleman Sofiri for making the rental process very seamless. Will be back.

Good Day, I was there at the airport location a couple of weeks ago to swap out a rental, and the counter agent, Muhammad Khalid was extremely helpful and professional, seemless customer service and would be happy to go back to that location. Thank you Mr Muhammad Khalid and the Enterprise team for the satisfying experience service.

My rental was with National, however Enterprise was working their desk. Clean car, friendly service.

It was a condition of returning the vehicle to Thompson. We were assigned a spacious and comfortable vehicle, and as foreigners unfamiliar with contracts, we were kindly guided and processed quickly. The vehicle return time was also convenient as they gave us about 2 hours to spare from the contracted time.thank you

Best enterprise location in the city, in my opinion. They have a wide variety of cars to pick from, and you can be sure you’ll get something you like. Special shoutout to - Daniela & Ashish. Daniela - amazing, with a positive energy all around. She made me feel very welcome and was very helpful, and even gave me an upgrade. Ashish - also wonderful, and gave me solid recommendations on what vehicle to rent, depending on my needs.

As a loyal member plus customer for over 13 years, I, unfortunately, was not offered an upgrade even for a cost, I had received a car with an extremely damaged license plate that you cannot read the letters and number. It was a very small and uncomfortable car.

Every time you return the vehicle they use their charm and give a discount to receive a POSITIVE REVIEWS. The staff give their name and repeatedly ask you to leave a review about their service it’s basically like buying reviews from customers.

I’m also a member of Hertz and when I do rent from then it’s a different experience.

Unfortunately, Enterprise doesn’t recognitions its long-term customers.

I recently rented a vehicle from the airport location. I was met by Daniela at the counter and what a friendly, enthusiastic, caring and generous human being she is. She is very polite. She went over everything very clearly with me in regards to my rental. She explained any and all of the add on’s so I was fully aware of what I was and was not covered for. At the end of this very nice exchange, she offered me a complimentary upgrade which I excepted with glee. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Daniela for making my rental car experience the very best I have ever received.

Complicated system for corporate long-term rentals. You really need to coordinate agreements directly and better with corporate clients.

My brother rented a truck from this location in mid April which broke down (engine failure) on the highway and he missed his flight. I have been trying to reach Enterprise reps for over a month to have them reimburse me the $500 I spent on a hotel and to rebook the flight he missed.

I initially reached out to customer service end of April/beginning of May. Got forwarded to management at this location, who said they'll follow up and they ghosted me, even with follow up emails. I emailed customer service again a couple weeks later and it appears you have ghosted me again.

This is such an embarrassing display of customer service.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received from any car rental company!
Polite, friendly and took the time to walk me out to my vehicle and explained how the vehicle return process worked at the airport.
I’ll be using Enterprise again when I’m back in Winnipeg.

Pick-up and drop off was good. Please remember to clean the windshield between customers. Thanks!

Off the plane and into the car.

Normally I have always had a great experience but last time it was a nightmare. I forgot my sunglasses and its been 3 months but they wont ship the glasses to me even though I have provided a shipping label. They are very nice on the phone but keep promising to help but then continue to do nothing. Most of the reps I have spoke to say they cant really help because the main person I have been dealing with is their Manager Nick who appears is the one to have lost my glasses.

Maybe other branches are better but be very careful of this branch!

Was needing a one way car to Brandon from Winnipeg, needed a car because my flight was canceled to Brandon so needed to reroute through Winnipeg
These guys were the only ones I knew of for one way trips. Tried to call a few times to ensure a booking on short notice with no response.
Booked online with confirmation from site
Landed in Winnipeg and got a voice-mail from them saying the online booking was left on by "accident " and had no cars till after my stay.
Thankfully budget was a le to help me out, no one way to Brandon but we were able to work it out. Funny side note, got a reminder from Enterprise to get my "reserved " car after I got my car from Budget
Enterprise dropped the ball

I have rented with enterprise multiple times in different cities of Canada and United States. Always they have given me good rates and clean cars.
This particular pick up was from ELLICE ave and staff there was helpful. Great service starting from pick up to my return at the airport.
