Amazing experience. Joe/Joa, our salesperson, was amazing with my son. He wasn’t sure what to expect as this is new for us, but he loved the whole experience and is so excited to see his suit! Joa explained every part of the process, and every detail, was very personable and kind. He definitely made the experience for us.

I can’t believe how many issues I’ve had with eph, they truly took away from my wedding day with numerous errors on my suit, they try to profit off being a local company but once you actually look into where they source their suits from you wouldn’t be surprised why theres so many issues.save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere I promise you theres so many better options in the city

Great service and the cost is super for custom shirts versus purchasing non-custom. At least adjustments to a body type is accommodated. Check them out!

I had never heard of this place before but was referred by a friend for a groomsman outfit. Appointment was perfectly on time. The guy helping me out, Lucas, was helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will go back to that employee for future suits.

Had a GREAT experience here! After a miscommunication with another tailor, they were able to whip up my suit in the short time frame with all of my wants! The staff was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices were very reasonable for a fully customizable suit, with no hidden fees! One of the worst run businesses i've ever seen. I tried ordering a custom suit for my wedding, but when I arrived for my fitting the staff ignored me (even when I had a reservation), and when I asked an employee when a tailor would see me, he said he'd look into it, but found time to chat with one of his friends on the way. But the worst part was when I paid the down payment the same time as my fitting, the next communication I ever received from eph was an e-mail 6 weeks later that my payment hadn't been received. In the same e-mail, they said that the previous day was the last day they could guarantee my suit would arrive on-time. When I e-mailed them the receipt of the e-transfer they accepted, the manager called, not to apologize - but to now say that in fact they 'could' guarantee my suit would arrive on-time after all. Never did find out how that was possible. I cancelled my order and found a more reputable tailor to make my suit.

If you're friends with the staff, it's a great tailor; otherwise don't bother with doing business with them.

We wanted a very specific colour of suits for our wedding. No where had what we wanted and almost ended up switching our colours and then we found EPH apparel. They had the exact colour we wanted. Perfect. I almost cried I was so happy we finally found what we wanted. The building process was great. Fairly simple. Detailed. We picked custom red suits, custom shirts and polka dot bow ties. When we came back in for the fittings, the worker had a black bow tie in his hand. I said, oh these are supposed to be polka dot. He says oh yeah, no worries those will be polka dot when they come in. Great. Then the suits came in. Oh. My. God. My fiances pants were supposed to be all red. They had a black stripe down the sides and a black waste band, the bow tie was black, and all of the suits needed alterations. One of our Groomsmen shirts practically came up to his belly button. Can't even be tucked in and they tell us they don't have anymore of that material to be able to make him a new one? After talking with our Groomsmen some more, it was determined that ALL of them received BLACK bow ties and not the polka dot ones. My fiance called the store and asked them to have 6 polka dot bow ties ready for when he picks up his suit from alterations as this is absolutely ridiculous. They said yes No problem. Fast forward to when my fiance goes to pick up his suit. ZERO polka dot bow ties in the store. They hadn't even ordered them! So then they give my fiance, the groom, their raggedy old display polka bow tie that everyone and their uncle has passed around to look at. Now only 1 of our Groomsmen has the correct bow tie and no way of getting the correct ones because they didn't place the order for them. 1 week away from our wedding and back to where the suits are not what we wanted. Their response to my fiance was that after the wedding, everyone has to bring back their black bow ties and theyll have the polka dot ones. HA. What good is that? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Friendly, very knowledgeable and informative staff. Knew their stuff, assisted with all the details for my suite to complement my fit.left feeling pleased and content with the service.

The suit came out amazing. Braden extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful with customizing my suit and fitting. When I went to pick up my suit after it was finished, they made alterations right there and I took it home the same day.

Had a fabulous experience placing orders for my upcoming wedding in the fall! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable during our consultation, and pricing was very reasonable for custom. Our suits came in on time, my fiancé's suit fit nearly perfectly and everyone else only needed a few minor adjustments. Thank you to Eph for helping my group look perfect for my big day! I had a consult for custom suits for my groomsmen and I in March for my wedding in September. I selected the fabrics and signed a virtual contract that "guaranteed" the fabrics would be available at that price. I was informed by the associate that they would send me a copy of the contract after the consult, and that they would contact me 3 months prior to my wedding for my groomsmen and I to be measured. I never recieved my contract and was never contacted by them to make measurement appointments. I told my groomsmen to make their own appointments in June to "guarantee" that we had the suits by September. My first groomsmen went in and was informed that they were out of stock of the fabric I had selected for our suits, and the price was $250 more per suit than what I had initially quoted, but I was not informed of this. I called them and asked to speak with the manager to explain the situation, and he apologized for the inconvenience, but said there was nothing they could do about the fabric being out of stock or the price difference. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend.

My son and I went to get him a suit for grad. Loved the experience and selection. Custom tailored suit at a reasonable price.

Very professional and helpful staff. My daughter had her grad tux custom made. So much selection and options. Lots of help with ideas as to what would work best. She had the tux fitted this week and she is so excited about it. Beautiful and great fit. One suggestion is to add pictures and samples of women's suits and tux’s on your web site to highlight the great options available.

I don’t think I will ever shop at a cookie cutter mens forma wear store again. From their store down to their staff and approach (using digital means) is amazing. Been helped by multiple staff all excellent. Lucas helped us last and he has been a right hand man for me in my preparations for the big day. Also the fact you’re supporting local. Love it! There were few examples in store to visualise the options they offered, and little ability to customise.

Ordered a new suit to match my son's wedding in another city. Suit was originally made in the wrong colour in error but was very quickly remade and fitted perfectly. All in all a great experience. Sometimes when an error is made the real story is how they deal with it. EPH did very well.

My fiancé booked an appointment with Eph after being recommended by a relative so we could discuss his suit for our wedding. The whole experience with our consultant, Noah, was a complete let down.

When we arrived, we could hear our salesmen coughing aggressively in the back room. He came out to start our consultation and seemed very uninterested in helping us. He showed us where the fabrics were and then walked away. When it came time to getting more details like seams, pockets, etc he was still coughing while talking to us and seemed like he was rushing to get us out. We truly did not think he wanted to help us and with the new variant blowing up in the city, we felt uncomfortable with the amount he was coughing.

Once we finished talking about details, my fiancé discussed getting fitted and the salesmen discouraged us from doing so at the appointment. He was talking about how it would be at least another 30 minutes. We asked if we could come back the next day for a fitting and he said it was fully booked up. However, we heard the other salesmen in the room tell another couple that there was time to come back tomorrow and was scheduling them in.

We decided we should take our business elsewhere because the salesmen did not seem to be taking us seriously and was actively not trying to make a sale. We felt ridiculous, overlooked, and ultimately decided to hold off and purchase from another company. Now after seeing all the poor reviews of the quality, we feel good about our decision to go elsewhere.

Got fitted in store. Everyone was very professional. I then used that fitting online. Got the shirts yesterday, the fabric was really nice. Fit was what I wanted. Now I’ve picked about a dozen shirts over last 7 years, always work well. Will go back next time I need more nice shirts. Thanks!

Really happy to have found a place where I, as a woman, can get a customized/tailored suit without the pink tax that seems to plague womens clothing. It was a seemless process with lots of options for fabrics/customization and very knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to trying it on!

Eph is not just a place to buy a suit.it's an experience. From the moment you walk in you feel like you will be treated special. The act of buying a suit has many decision points and they are there to step you through each one to ensure you end up with exactly the suit you always wanted. Prices are very reasonable for this custom service. If you want to turn heads, do yourself a favor and try Eph just one time. You'll see.

What stands out to me is not the fabrics, cut or location proximity (all of which is v.attractive). It is the caliber of customer service which more than justifies the price point. Kudos to your team Andrew, was pleasure working with the staff @ EPH Winnipeg

Great first experience with EPH and Luke. Got all my measurements done and a great deal on a couple pairs of custom commuter pants!

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and the team at EPH. I've played sports my entire life and it's always been impossible for me to find close that fit my body properly, often times having to go up multiple sizes just to fit my thighs. The team at EPH took my measurements and the suits I got fit like a glove. I was so impressed with Andrew's knowledge and ability to walk me through what goes with what and how to take care of my suits. I can't recommend them enough!

Had an appointment yesterday to get measured for my suit. Lucas helped me choose the fabric and design etc, really helpful, can't wait to see it in 3 or 4 weeks.

By far, the best suit I have ever owned. The fit was outstanding, just like hands on gloves. Staff were friendly and patient. I definitely will do this again and again.

I went to Eph Apparel because they were the only ones who could get me a custom suit on short notice. I went in on June 6 to customize my suit and get fitted and it was in by July 7, ten days earlier than they said it would be in and in plenty of time before my wedding on July 23rd. The suit fits perfectly and needs no additional tailoring at all. The guys in the showroom are always welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend you check them out for any formal or professional clothing you may need!

I recently received two custom-fit untucked shirts from Eph as gifts and I'm so glad I did. When I tried the shirts on, I was really pleased with how comfortable they are. I'm a casual guy, so I really like the untucked look, and these shirts have a lot of style. The fit was great (so much better than off the rack), and best of all, my wife says I look fabulous in them!

I've been to EPH Apparel Winnipeg as both a groomsman and a groom and both experiences were extraordinary. Even with my wedding prep suffering endless complications due to the Covid-19 pandemic they have efficiently and effectively adapted along the way to make it all as easy as possible. Even with my wedding party being unusually complicated to begin with as it involves women's suits with skirt bottoms (try finding that elsewhere but EPH made it happen). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a suit and would tell any wedding party to look nowhere else.

As someone who has to wear suits for work I like to have a few different options. I've bought each of my go-tos from Eph and I couldn't be happier with them - great fit, great look, no complaints!

Another high five to Luke Erickson at Eph! I noticed one of my suit jackets appeared to have some "bubbling" around the buttons/waist area. This appeared to be new and happened over time. I am pretty cautious with caring for my suits (spot clean, no drycleaning & steam/hang in the shower) but didn't know how to fix this. It was very apparent and unfortunately made the jacket un-usable. I sent a note to Luke and he asked a few questions, and I sent him pics. My hope was that he had some ideas on how to fix, but he suggested that it was likely a manufacturing error. Without hesitation he offered to replace the jacket which was more than what I had expected. I truly appreciate the great service that Luke has provided me, and my son earlier (see below earlier review). Thanks again to Luke and the Eph team for standing behind your product and delivering consistently great service.

My son and I came in to the Winnipeg store for his first bespoke suit for his grade 12 graduation. The manager, Luke Erickson was friendly, helpful and generous with his time and attention. Luke provided some terrific options and suggestions and we both genuinely appreciated his help. I’ve been getting my suits at Eph for several years now, and it was a nice experience to share with my son. I’m looking forward to coming back after his suit arrives to see how it looks and fits.
