You probably have a better chance of going to a chain dealership and getting approved. Epic won't tell you that and the restrictions are almost impossible to find a vehicle. I ended up getting approved by myself through a chain dealership (Epic needed my husband even though I make over 45000 a year). Just do your homework, had I done mi e it would have lowered a lot of stress.
I I'll say, they text you back very fast, answer all the questions you have and were very friendly.

I am now done my third interaction with epic, they have bin there to help me with my last 3 impulsive purchases and now I have an amazing collection of fast and beautiful automobiles I probably wouldn’t have without there fast and great service. Thanks Epic for making this impulsive guys dreams come true look forward to NEXT TIME.

Had an outstanding experience applying and getting approved for loan to finance our first vehicle purchase in Canada as newcomers with no credit history. I got in touch with the dealership first about the car. They put me in touch with Epic to get the wheels turning before I got to the dealership. After just a few email / text exchanges with Epic, I knew what to expect and the terms before I even saw the car. It was great to know going in. The staff at Epic were very pleasant to deal with and very professional (in a friendly kind of way). After I saw the car and settled on a price with the dealer (a bit of wheeling and dealing, of course) it was just a matter of plugging in the final numbers. Epic came right to dealership with the paperwork. Forms were sign and done deal. Very quick and efficient. I should mention that have accounts at a credit union. For due diligence, Wlwe called our credit union to see what they can do for us instead. The credit union responded they couldn't do better than what Epic found for us. Thanks Epic!

I had no idea what end was up regarding financing my first vehicle, borderline credit, zero down, not making much at all. Looking for a vehicle that made sense in my price range and fit my needs was all I had to do, the EPIC team just made it happen for a unnoticeable cost when my bank, and other large lenders wouldn’t help me. That vehicle went great and I went for an upgrade.
The second time around I had borderline credit with hiccups and still no down. Vehicle hunting for a larger one and it looked like I wasn’t going to be able to do it. After some digging the found a financial lender that helped me and did great business afterward. Had never even heard of the credit union but they loved having me on and made things easy when I had to rearrange things.
They’ve earned my recommendation for sure.

Dealt with Epic twice and experienced professional treatment both times. I don't know how many credit checks done, but they did their job and found a lender for me at a decent rate. I have no complaints regarding Epic. A1 service as far as I'm concerned.

This place was great, I was lucky enough to go to them to help me. The customer service is great, the agents there they make sure you have everything you need and every question I had they knew the answer the service was as great I would recommend to anyone. If I could give them more stars I really would.
