REVIEW of a SOFA
We love EQ3 style and quality. We have a lot of furniture from there. Last year we purchased the 'Everyday' sofa in sectional form with wide arms. The look of the sofa is great. I would CAUTION about opting for the feather top (the plush) because even after more than a YEAR of use, it pokes us everytime we sit down. Every day we pull 20-30 little feathers out of this sofa. I am nervous to sit on my own couch! (Other than this we do love it and had a good experience shopping there) edit to add: we did contact them after a few months and they said it's normal and should go away after 6 months- it hasn't.

Samantha, the assistant manager was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, honest and kind. We were so impressed with her and will return to work with her again in the future.

The salesperson we dealt with was very thorough and worked with us until we built the sofas we were looking for. We were very happy with layout of the store on St. James as well.

Our Saleperson was fantastic. Nicky was informative, knew her stock and was very helpful. The staff in the warehouse were very professional. Was a very good experience

Store is great and staff were very helpful and love supporting a great Canadian business. EQ3 is amongst the best furniture value for money these days.

EQ3 has been very accommodating of a series of construction delays in my move to a new apartment building. They stored furniture for me for months without charge. When the wrong model dresser was subsequently delivered I did not recall what the one I ordered looked like and began using the dresser. When the mistake was discovered, EQ3 accommodated a change in my order without issue. And when a sofa I ordered would not fit on the elevator, EQ3 agreed to a swap for a shorter Love Seat. Their consistent accommodation has made this stressful move much easier! I'll be back!

We ordered a sectional from eq3 in the spring. It was delivered after a four month wait. The delivery was outsourced. The movers didn’t set up the furniture correctly and didn’t wear gloves. The furniture was completely dirty. I am just now trying to get the new one delivered. I made a special trip to the store to organize the delivery. I spoke with an associate and the warehouse manager. I was told I was the only delivery booked and yet I’m waiting here today and no delivery. I called them and I wasn’t even on the delivery list. Worst service I’ve ever seen. We’ve bought from Pineridge Hollow and Kesay before and I’d pay their prices two times over before using eq3 again.
