I am extremely grateful to Dr. Broughton and his staff for the excellent care they gave to my cat. My cat needed 11 teeth out, and I worried of the procedure and the bill. I took my cat to a different clinic to check prices, and Exclusively Cats was far less expensive. As soon as I agreed to the procedure, they booked me in, which was great.   Furthermore, during the procedure, it was discovered that my cat needed two additional teeth extracted. Dr. Broughton did not charge me for this. The procedure was completed quickly, and they even groomed my cat, as I requested,  for an additional fee. It was nice to get everything done while my cat slept. I also requested calming medication for my cat, and the vet gave it to me free of charge to try.
The receptionist followed up with me the next day to see how my cat was doing.

Regarding customer service, I am sorry to hear the bad experiences some reviewers had. I noticed that the clinic is very busy and there was only 1 receptionist working. I think its a good idea to come with a bit extra patience, kindness and be mindful of how busy the clinic gets.

Money grubbers, nothing more. We missed a check up due to a family emergency where my daughter had a burst appendix and required actual surgery. What do these clowns do? Demand we pay a 100$ no show fee.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I've been bringing my cats here for years and Dr. Broughton has always been a gem of a vet. His receptionists were always very kind too. Well, the girl I spoke to today must have been new. First of all the phone was not answered until 8: 18am, when the clinic is supposed to be open at 8am. Not great for urgent matters. Next, she wouldn't stop interrupting me and I could hardly get a word in without her talking over me. At some point I said hey can you please let me finish what I'm saying? And she had the audacity to call ME rude and tell me I'm no longer welcome at the clinic. Great. If that's the kind of service I can expect, then I will happily take my cats elsewhere. I used to recommend this clinic to every single cat owner I know, and will no longer be doing so. Extremely, extremely poor service. The receptionist has no empathy for people who are upset that their cat is in pain and they just want to find a solution.

The receptionist was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Disgusting and unacceptable behavior.

Have come here since 2018/2019 since my cat was a kitten (who has various health issues). Dr Broughton has always been amazing and knowledgeable- but his receptionists are just awful. Very rude and unhelpful. The lady who I speak to often, whom is supposedly the manager, treated me like absolute garbage and was only interested in arguing with me. Once I had shown in my call logs that I had not received a call back as she stated they had, her tone immediately changed and was less hostile. Overall very disappointed in how downhill things have become and how they treat/speak to their clients. Will be looking into switching vet care in the near future if no further improvement is made.

I have gone to this vet intermittently for 4 years.

The receptionists there have always treated my family and I like garbage or they just flat out ignore you. The straw that broke the camels back was when I called to get instructions to get for my cat that had a 1200 plus vet bill.

The woman said they are written instructions and are not for you. If that was not enough, I asked if the doctor to phone me back for a follow up before leaving the vet. He had never called.

Very rude. I thought I was nice but apparently not nice enough. I will not be going back.
