THEY NO LONGER OFFER ANY XRAY SERVICES. X-ray has been closed since January 2023, even though it doesn't say on Google or their website that it's closed, guess I should have checked the reviews first. Really very disappointing. Closest place is Munroe, so if you're walking and need an X-ray you're screwed.

Dr ketawala is the worst Dr. Very condescending and rude. Doesn't listen and got in my face shouting at me. The worst bedside manner. Dr needs to remember that we have a right to another Dr. Our taxes pay for health care and pay him. The most arrogant Dr I have ever met.

Thanks for nothing. Literally, putting a sign up saying no walk-ins whilst I'm sitting there. Bad form. Wish I could sue.

I did not see Receptionists in my entire life like here. I always book the appointment via mobile phone. They always forgot to book the appointments in their system. Today, I booked the appointment at 10: 30. Still I am waiting here without any reason. Thanks for wasting the time for other patient.

Worst doctor ive ever met, didnt let me speak, I almost passed out from coughing yesterday and have been sick for 10 days now and he ignored that fact, didnt ask for any symptoms, told me to snort water and drink water, then kicked me out, receptionist was very nice tho.

Great Customer Service. The doctor and staff are very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable. They treat their patients in a respectful manner even though some patients are rude and disrespectful to them.

The doctor was rude and dismissive when I told him my symptoms he insisted that it was just "seasonal allergies" then proceeded to get condescending when I told him if it was allergies the antihistamines and nasal spray I was already using would be making a difference and it was clearly something else. When I talked to a friend who had been to this clinic she said the doctor also dismissed her son's completely non-allergy related symptoms as just allergies. Inspite of how nice the receptionists and pharmacists were I would not come back to this doctor and I would also encourage anyone who's symptoms were dismissed by this man as just allergies to seek a second opinion.

The clinic online information said it was opened until 8pm, i called no answer and i checked the times again through the phone same times. So i went there and the place was closed! The doors were locked, lights were out. I called multiple more time and still no answer. There were multiple other people standing outside asking if i knew the number so i gave it to them. This clinic needs to update their info, i will definitely not be going back there ever again.

Answers all your questions. Comes to the point of what bothers you. Gives good advice. Good doctor.

Terrible experience, my son and I have been sick for 3 days. We have terrible coughs and aches, hot and cold flashes and than some. He brushed it off as I only needed a nasal spray and my son to put vicks on before bed. We have inflamed tonsils and he made me ask for an antibiotic. Terrible experience do not recommend and will not be going back. The receptionist was nice but the doctor couldn't care less about his patients. Absolutely terrible place to go.

The experience has improved remarkably ever since they expanded the waiting hours, introduced the Medeo app and virtual consultation. The facility is keeping up with the new trends in the medical field.

Went in to see the doctor about pain after being diagnosed with diverticulitis.the doctor was very contradicting and said that the pain I was experiencing was all in my head. Currently at the urgent care because of his opinion smh.

The operations and clinical experience has improved ever since Express Medical Care replaced Chalmer's Community Clinic. The team is better at communicating and coordinating with the patients. They respond to your queries fast and attend you in less than 30 minutes.

EMCare has taken exceptional efforts to improve it's services. They now accept online booking through Medeo app. This initiative has streamlined the waiting time and the entire operation. The app is very friendly.

I still come back to this clinic even after moving away because the staff and the doctors are truly caring and don’t rush you out like many other clinics do. Hope it doesn’t start getting too busy!
