In for a recall.was offered a car wash (I assume it was free) but I turned it down. In and out quickly, and not even upsold for oil change or other service.

Blown away every time I go to this location! I've gone to other fords and leave with a bad experience every time. This location goes above and beyond, but it's not like they are trying to go above and beyond, It's just how they operate.

They are very accommodating. I had a last minute repair that was very much needed and they fit me in as soon as they could. They are more than willing to go out of their way to make it happen. Awesome service department. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was very happy with Fairway Ford, they really wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and followed up a bunch of times to make sure I was completely happy with my vehicle. I appreciated all the extra time they spent with me to get the deal done. I would recommend Mina, and or Darryl. Their financer really worked hard to communicate with Ford and get the deal done as well. Which was important for me as I was strapped for time with my buisness. I would highly recommend these guys.

As a past Ford dealer myself, I hold my truck shopping to a high standard, and Joel here at Fairway delivered. While it was a drawn out process on my end, he was patient, and there was no unwanted pressure from him. No unsolicited phone calls, emails. Just a comfortable experience, that got me in the F150 I wanted. I’m these difficult times of vehicle shopping, I’d send anybody to my new buddy Joel.

Pretty efficient with good customer service. I just hope they were offering more options for maintenance compared to the "big guys" in Winnipeg.

I rarely write reviews online but these guys definitely deserve the 5 stars. Thanks to Marc and Zach from sales, Daryl (manager) and Candice from finance. Transaction was smooth and transparent. A bit of a mix up at pick up but it was looked after and compensated quick.

For people looking for a truck/vehicle, this one's a gem outside of the city. Even the parts cost a lot less than in the city (we added some other acessories). Plus they had the exact truck we were looking for.

The crew here are amazing. They're always showing off warm smiles and welcoming greetings. They are reasonably priced and do good work. They are great at fitting people in as well!

I never write reviews despite great service experiences at many different businesses. However, I feel compelled to acknowledge the fine folks at Fairway Ford. My 2013 Fusion has been a great car - very reliable. However, at 230,000 km, she needs a few things every so often. Recent service has included Air conditioning, struts, and most recently a steering rack. Each visit was flawless.

Visited here for service to my escape today. First time at this location and well they will be getting my business from now on.
So I had an appointment and all though I spent over 3 hours sitting there waiting it was pleasant place friendly staff and the gentleman I dealt with at service was pleasant and nice to deal with. Also the price he charged me was very fair. They also spent time trying to figure out another issue why my millage has gone horrible and they could not figure the issue out but also didnt charge me for spending time doing it either.most dealers I've been to over charge and try to charge for anything they can so it was nice fairway ford is the opposite.

If you're interested in buying a vehicle I highly recommend going to see Marc he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs & wants.

8 trips to the service department between June and Sept. /19 and they only got it right twice. First episode involved the service light that would not go out on my 2017 Ford Edge. First time they got the light out but it came on again the next day. Second trip the light was out for three days and the third trip, THEY WORKED THE WHOLE DAY ON THE WRONG VEHICLE. Fourth trip they got it right. Episode two they installed a trailer hitch and wiring but the brake lights for the trailer did not work. Why would the mechanic.not check this before returning the Edge to me. Took nine (9) days to get an appointment to have it looked at. Turned out THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PART. New part installed on the 7th trip. Third episode at the end of Sept. I took the Edge in for a oil change and tire rotation that I requested at the service desk. Because of past experiences I marked the right rear tire. The work order also specified that the tires be rotated. This is trip number 8 if your counting. When I came to pick up the car, I asked if the tires had been rotated and I was assured this had been done. When I got home and examined the tires to determine that the tires had not been rotated. I don't know how they stay in business with this kind of service.

My husband and I were shuttled to our place of choice. While in the vehicle my husband's cell fell out. And if you own a cell you know that there is alot of info you need on a daily basis.
We called the auto shop and they went right away and looked to see if it was in the vehicle. Yes it was and that gave us a great peace of mind.
They also did a great job and quicker than I thought. I really appreciated it.

I have purchased Ford F150 from this dealership. Sales girl Mina has assisted me with best customer service. All staff is very friendly and cooperative. If there was an option for 7 stars I would've given 7 stars to this dealership. I would strongly recommend all my nears and fears to visit this dealership for any new or used vehicle.
