Angel went out of her way to help us size my son for shoes properly whos in between sizes. She was dressed so festively for the upcoming Christmas season and had my kids just laughing. So pleasant to deal with and excels in her customer service. Angel deserves a raise ;)

First time going to this store today and had an absolutely amazing customer experience. Angel was just a delight with the way she interacted with our family and educating us on how to select the right footwear. Service like that is so rare if at all these days. With wide feet, finding a good-fitting shoe is always something of a toss up, even when shopping at places that measure you. I expected to have the same experience here, but the staff (Angel in particular) were incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to find the right match. I ended up with several good-fitting options to choose from, and a whole wealth of knowledge on how to shop shoes, which they imparted to me. 100% recommend for anyone who finds shoe shopping to be a pain!

I went to Famous Footwear in hopes of getting a recommendation for what shoe would work well for my flat feet, and Angel provided phenomenal service. Her knowledge and expertise helped me realize I was wearing the wrong size, and show me what shape and type of shoe would fit best. She was so kind, and attentive, and got me into exactly what I needed. We live an hour east of the city, and I will definitely be coming back with the whole family, because it's worth the trip!

Bought my son's shoes here. There are a lot of shoes to choose from and they also have good discounts on some of them. Nice and clean, too.

Worst customer service ever. I know by the end of the day and the shift we are all tired, but that’s not excuse to be rude to customers for asking one question. Never going to back to that location, honestly drove me away for good, I loved the sandals I picked up, now I’m getting them online somewhere else.

Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly, store had lots of stock of everything I was looking for (sandals/slides) and lots of brand name shoes.
Prices where a bit better then other places.
Would definitely return in the future for other footwear needs.

Decent sales on occasion. They have the common shoe brands while maintaining budget friendly options.
Extremely friendly staff who help without being intrusive.
If your introverted, they are chill enough to let you be.
