I said I used this business, but actually I didn't. I was sent to them by VW because they thought I had bumper damage. My daughter plowed into a snow bank last winter and her cruise control stopped working after that. The owner of Finish First checked it out and determined that VW would need to fi it. He called them, told them what needed to be done, and set up an appointment for us. Beyond any customer service I have ever received before! There's not enough stars to give business like this - Thanks.

Peter and Cathy are the best. I had both my back windows smashed at University and everyone in the city was quoting me 2+ months for repair. Peter looked at my car for 5 minutes and had the two replacements windows delivered in under a week and repaired my body damage and installed both windows in under five days. Cannot thank them enough for their great work. 10/10 recommend them

I had to get my car fixed after getting into an accident. Peter took care of me and gave me a loaner car to use right away. When I got the car back they not only cleaned the outside but also cleaned the inside as well! I would recommend to anyone who needs any autobody work done!

Peter is always so eager to please his customers. I've been coming here first for over 5 years, even though their shop is on the far side of Winnipeg from our home. Courtesy cars are new and readily available, and even without Loss of Use coverage, there was no charge to me for a job that lasted over 2 weeks. And of course, the quality of workmanship is beyond excellent-always looks like new when the car comes back.

I recently brought my Toyota Highlander to POS Finish First for body work, and all I can say is that Peter goes above and beyond. The level of personal service he provides is simply first class. First, he offered to drop off the courtesy car at my wife's workplace, and take our vehicle back for the repairs. During the repair, he communicated regularly with us about the progress of the work. When the work was complete (ahead of schedule) I came to pick up our vehicle, and the car was washed, and spotless inside and out. Most importantly and obvious was the high quality of the repairs that were completed. The vehicle looks as good as new. In short, Peter runs an autobody shop exactly as it should be: quality and customer service are top priorities. Thank-you Peter!
