First Call Plumbing & Heating

First Call have been my go-to for water issues. I have appreciated that their work has been quick and reliable, and they provide additional helpful information around the issue. This spring, they gave me a very reasonable quote for A/C installation (I have an older, two-story house) - and the service was thorough, thoughtful, and minimally disruptive. It is easy to work with this team, and to have them in your house/yard. Again: I especially appreciate that they take the time to answer questions so that you can be informed and confident moving forward. Professional expertise and experience + easy communication. I'd highly recommend this team.

I called at 10am to say that my water tank was leaking and, most likely, had to be replaced. Not only did I find out that my tank was still under warranty and would be replaced as such, they arrived at my residence by 1: 30pm and was done the work by around 4pm. Was not expecting that. Because of my career, I really do appreciate quick, reliable and professional work. I got all of this and couldn't be happier. I honestly thought it was going to be a few days of cold showers. I would recommend First Call to anyone.

Had an issue with a leaky faucet. Called them based on reviews. Customer service by the office manager was unprofessional through email instead of phone. Not happy with the job after further inspection of the job after service guy left. They wanted to make it right by charging me more $$$. Should never have used them

They managed to fix my faucet on the same day. Great, attentative service and they only billed me for a partial hour of labour, nothing more. Will for sure use them again in the future

First call has always been our first choice, from the first call we made to them getting a new air conditioner to this winter repairing and replacing our kitchen sink, and our furnace. They were very helpful, gave quotes for repair and replacement and helped with the application to Manitoba Hydro for financing the new furnace.

As in the past - First Call Plumbing and Heating provided excellent service from their support staff to their technician. The service response time was really good and the quality of work is excellent.

Jennifer who organized the whole appointment was excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way. Made the whole process a joy. Adam the technician who installed our water heater, dishwasher, the water line for our fridge to make ice and the range hood was a true professional. Seemed extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole day.
We have ordered a new kitchen faucet and hope to have Adam install it when it arrives.

My furnace quit working and my house was cooling off quickly. I called First Call and they were able to come and fix the problem that day! They were prompt and courteous and I would definitely recommend them!
