Nothing to write home about.overpriced.staff were rude.even though in my order I told them which burger was NOT to have lettuce.when I got home with my order.half my order was wrong. I'm allergic to lettuce.so my dogs got a meal

My boyfriend and I just got a burger and fries. The burger was pink inside: (they didn’t even temp it. Very disappointed, made me turned off couldnt eat anything and my Boyfriend was the same way.

Wow, normally don't do these but man, the staff who take your orders at the till - incredibly rude, don't even listen to what you ordered, apparently doesn't know what to do when they screw up.

I get it, fast food, no need to complain, w.e, but like come on. At least hide your mistakes with some professional attitude.

I actually really liked it here. The fries are to die for and the burgers are super tasty.
My only complaint would be that the buns fall apart fairly easy. If they had thicker, better quality buns, the burgers would be a lot easier to eat.

But honestly, I'll still come to eat here. But with more napkins.and maybe even my own buns lmao

It's a great place the best burgers I have ever had plus the free penuts they understand Canadians free stuff is what we like

It's so hard to eat take out when you are eating KETO. BUT Five Guys does burger bowls! (no bun and you choose your toppings) our new favorite burger joint!

First time trying! Delicious. I'm picky lol. Made the way I wanted! Going to recommend poutine to the menu and Chipotle sauce lol! Thanks guys!

Love the food, but the customer service is not that great. Staff at the back were laughing, was not sure if they were laughing at customers or were just chatting. Not professional at all!

Always good food.cajun fries are a favourite and good size portions. Burgers made to order and loaded how you want them.

Love their burgers, typically get a little bacon cheeseburger all the way and an order of regular fries. One order of fries is enough for two people. I recommend calling in your order to save yourself some time when you get there. It can be very busy around lunch and dinner time. You can sub buns with lettuce if you are avoiding carbs.

5 guys was excellent fast food as always. For a family of 4 it was almost $50 without drinks. However the burgers are really good! The only downside is I ordered over the phone and then when I went to pickup I had to stand in line to pay with walkins. They should have a another terminal for pre-ordered payment and phone order/SKIP taking. This would create two lines but would be more efficient to process orders and get the hot food to clients. In this case my food was not ready (even though I called and told them I would be there in 20 min) but I can imagine if it was ready and I had to wait in line to pay it wouldn't be a good experience.

Love this place but this location needs a whole new team of workers, workers are super slow paced, waited about an hour for my food and when asked a question, they either ignore you or say give me one second, and never come back to answer, love the food but the experience was horrible, get some functioning up pace workers

My favorite burger place. The fries are good too, make sure you get the seasoned one. Portions are HUGE!

Decent burger, great fries. Filling for sure! Honestly a Regular Fry is more then enough for two plus size people to share (the opinion of very plus size me!)

Best burger joint meat is super flavorful and perfect amount of cheese and the fries are fresh and tasty since they use peanut oil the best frying oil cant reccomend to anyone with peanut allergies though

Quick service friendly staff. Prices are ok. Don't fill up on the peanuts lol. Just kidding. Place is pretty clean most the time sometimes a lot of peanuts shells on the ground.

Messed up our order. Think skip the dishes takes priority over customers actually in the restaurant. Food is consistently good at a reasonable price point.

Oh man, these people know how to make the BEST fries, and they aren't stingy with them when you order. I'll go get burgers for a few people and leave it up to the staff how to order the fries. One large, two large, etc and we never go hungry! Strangely, we rarely have leftover fries, either.

The have the best burgers around, the fries are amazing. Friendly staff and nice environment to eat. Highly recommended

Overhyped burger joint. Burgers are relatively small, overpriced and above all, not very good. Decent portions of fries but they too are nothing to write home about. If you enjoy grease ball burgers with burnt fries than this is the place for you!

Love the fresh burgers and the French fries. They will lettuce wrap your burger if you're gluten intolerant or Celiac.
ALL the toppings for your burger! Also love the peanuts you can shell and eat while you wait for your food. The guys working here tonight were really friendly and nice. Great customer service!

Taste great. Quantity was great. Quantity was not up to standards. $10 for a cheese burger. Think that's quite expensive.

Burgers so big you gotta eat it with a fork and knife. Unless you're a snake, then you can just imbibe that has of yours and bite down. Nomnom nom!

This was my first time there. Food was served hot burger was juicy. The fried however not my favorite they needed to be crispy. But we had ALOT of them.

Great burgers made the way you like them, who wouldn't want that? Definitely one of the top 5 burger joints in Winnipeg

Like a well oiled machine! Visited the Kildonan Crossing location on Regent Avenue in Winnipeg. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Skip the Dishes was going through the door continuously and the crew had no trouble keeping up. GOOD JOB GUYS!
