Always great service no matter which location went to the McPhil location tonight and always kind and great service, always superkind to my daughter (with the bun). Keep it up

Worst five guys in the city.

Burgers are bland with zero salt and the cajon fries had zero seasoning.

Better off going to Regent or Pembina.

$20 dollars for a small burger with fries and a drink. Yikes! This is supposed to be a fast food place. The burger was mediocre at best. And what do you mean you don't have combos?

The food isn’t awful, but there’s many burger joints in Winnipeg which much better burgers, with larger portions for a cheaper cost.

Most recent visit I placed my order and waited 15 minutes, to then find out they didn’t even punch in my order, causing another 15 minutes of waiting as a rush of people came in before before having to place the order for a second time.

There fries are not as crispy as other locations, they seem to cheap out on toppings, they don't even give you that many bag fries, on 2 occasions they forgot my grilled cheese, once they even forgot to put cheese on the grilled cheese, dont recommend this location, 5 guys used to be great.

Online ordering is a mess. Kept giving me errors but still charged my card three times. But when I got to the restaurant they didn't have my order. The charges ended up getting reversed a while later. The milkshake machine was broken.

My only complaint was too much food! Next time smaller hamburger and smaller fries. Hamburger was fabulous and fries were fantastic. They even had malt vinegar. BONUS!

Fries are good. I also ordered the hamburger. It was $9.99 with double patty. Sadly the burger patty had no taste. They either forgot to season it or its just like that. It was juicy though.

Just picked up a few milkshakes and a couple of burgers. It was tasty and would go back again. A milkshake and a burger with fresh jalapenos just go together so well! Pembina & Leila are the only locations that have them though. I have never finished a milkshake of the same size before, but it is very easy to drink being light and easy. Tried the vanilla (with whipped cream), chocolate, salted caramel, and strawberry. Will go back to try the banana and eventually do a mix. Found that the whipped cream topping helped keep the drink stay colder.

It Was a good little bacon cheeseburger perfect amount of toppings, lots of topping options raw or fried onions, fresh made to order! All the flavors every bite! Would definitely recommend! Cheers

Terrible experience, did not even get lettuce in my burgers. 64 dollars later. All 4 burgers, no lettuce. Disorganized and no one seems to treat you like a customer. They all look bothered to serve you. If I owned this place, I would make sure that you feel welcomed. Very dirty. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables. Really really disappointed. I had to check the sign on the way out to make sure I was at the right place.

The food was just okay, for all the hype they put up on the walls I expected the food to be amazing but it was sub par at best. The service was great though staff was friendly and service was decently quick

The service was fast, and the food was prepared to order. They staff were helpful and friendly.

I pre ordered my meal online for pickup at 830, I ordered 1-2 hours in advance, turns out when I arrived and asked for my order, they only then had started making my food, I waited over 10 mins on a pre ordered meal which should of been available right away.

Second issue, I ordered a bacon cheese burger aswell as a vege sandwich. They stacked the heavier bacon cheeseburger ontop of the vege sandwich. When we got home the vege sandwich was completely squashed. I was also under the impression that the large fries came in a box, we order a large cajun fries and only got a cupfull (to my knowledge that is just their regular fry.) Overall very unhappy with the experience.

Expensive, but damn, their burgers are delicious. My second favorite burgers, right behind In-N-Out.

Food is good just a suggestion the shakes you provide it’s really good but can you work on your straw its really difficult to drink.
