Very ok drinks.nothing special about them and definitely wouldn't return for another one.unless it was just a bad day.:) very appealing little shop, though

Edit: I had the Caramel Latte, and my friend had the caramel iced coffee with an extra shot or pump of caramel.the drinks were neither a rich and bold coffee taste nor sweet.although his was an improvement from mine, they still completely lacked in flavor.

So we got hot chocolate and espresso. After having espresso from last 2 years this one turned out to be the worst of all and hot chocolate, what a waste. Definitely not worth it.

I used to love going to the downtown location. The service was impeccable & the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the service at the forks has gone downhill with little to no product knowledge & poor attitude as well as customer service.

Paying for a product & tipping only to receive something I did not ask for along with attitude & silence from the staff member who rang me in.

I’m a business owner & spent many years in the customer service industry.

After multiple experiences like this, I recommend against going back.

Go to Harrison’s or Thom Bargen for a more consistent product, friendlier & more knowledgeable staff.

I had a matcha latte made with oat milk, it was delicious. Will definitely be ordering it again. Hubby had a London fog, it was good too, a bit sweet though. Would recommend ordering half sweet.
