First off, I absolutely adore my massage therapist, Alyssa Campbell! I cannot recommend her enough. The entire building carries a very warm, welcoming, and healing environment. I have always felt super comfortable and I’m happy to make the commute to visit these lovely professionals:)

The moment we got in the office we felt calm energy around us. Everyone was so fun and welcoming when talking to us while we waited which took the nerves away for my daughter. When we got into see our natural path Dr. Nicole, she was just so calming and her energy was amazing. She listened to everything we had to say and made my daughter feel so comfortable. We finally feel like we are being heard with my daughter’s condition and can’t wait to go back again for our second appointment.

Dr Clarke was knowledgeable and empathetic and she cared so much about me getting the best possible care that she referred me to a collogue that specializes in my particular disease. I felt that her bottom line was my well being.

Highly recommended! Great service. Clean, cozy space and most importantly, excellent service.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Mekayla is very knowledgeable and recommends what is best for me and not to put my health condition at risk. I will surely recommend her to my friends

Sophie at the front desk was amazing in helping me with scheduling my phone call last minute, it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Nicole was very professional and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor, please give her a call.

Marissa is excellent- very thorough and methodical in her pre assessment. We worked out an effective treatment strategy which I’m excited about moving forward. The initial treatment left me very relaxed and rejuvenated- I highly recommend her!

Emily is wonderful! She is extremely attentive to the actual issues at hand, and will tailor the plan to suit your needs, which I’ve actually never had in a massage therapist before. Highly recommend!

The facility was really nice and the staff were super helpful. Dr. Mekayla Clarke was super knowledgable and is very thorough with her questions. I also appreciated her taking the time to explain her rationale as it made me feel even more informed about my health and included in our approach.

Undertrained staff and/or deceptive business practices. I inquired about the IV Vitamin Therapy and booked a phone consultation. The phone consultation was useless and the person who called was likely just a receptionist. She suggested a consultation with the doctor for more information on which to choose, how it works, etc. She booked me into a completely different appointment and the doctor really didn't even know why I was there! Then they told me I needed to pay $250 for their mistake! I was shocked. They just blamed me and apologized for the "experience" I was having. Very condescending. They ended up bringing the total down and I was charged $150 for an appointment that I did not ask for and that ultimately told me absolutely nothing about the vitamin therapy I was interested in. Absolutely disgusted with this business.

I've been experiencing sciatica pain for many weeks now. Chiropractor visits did not help. Self massage, 3 different muscle pain rubs, alot of daily sciatica exercises, and nothing helped. Today I had a massage therapy session with Brian Cobb and it was a great day! The acute pain & muscle tension diminished so much! Thankyou Fortify

She was really approachable and asked everything to find out what my needs were. I’m feeling confident that the things I’m trying to heal will finally happen with her help.

Naturopathic Doctor she gives enough time in scientific manner to dig deep into your health concerns and elements which are affecting your health. And suggest accordingly what supplements and food habits and routine you need to follow for optimum results.

Staff is very friendly. First time I went there they gave me a free dandelion latte to sample. I tried the elevated coffee with ghee this morning. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into, but it turned out to be the best tasting coffee I’ve had in a long time.

I currently attend Fortify for my massage appointments and nutritional therapy. I LOVE this space and love the experience. I'm always welcome; the owners recognize and know me, they chat with me and catch up with me, and I feel so welcomed. It's such an incredible experience. The cafe options are so good, and I love the shop when I'm looking for a supplement or something to treat myself with! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Fortify since they opened and love everything about it. Shop, Foods, and Wellness are all equally well done and an absolute joy to visit. I’d recommend to absolutely anyone.

First time ever seeing a Naturopath but had a great experience. Dr Pander takes more than an hour to listen to your medical history in order to offer a custom treatment

I love everything about Fortify and it is a beautiful and welcoming one stop shop for all things wellness related. They have various practitioners including massage, acupuncture, naturopath, nutrition and therapy (I don’t have experience with any of their practitioners personally, but have heard good things), a small eatery with a selection of plant based and gluten free foods/desserts/drinks, and a shop with a variety of natural, wellness items and vitamins including personal care and skin care items.

The ladies that own Fortify are so friendly and just lovely women. The atmosphere is very inclusive and welcoming. I always feel inspired when I visit to make healthy choices in my life.

I love their Poke Bowl and it’s so delicious and the desserts and smoothies are really good as well. Can’t wait to try more on the menu!

Just ordered from there, got the Fuel smoothie and a falafel sandwich, I have to say it is so nice have a genuinely healthy option to order from. Everything tastes great, I can tell its all made fresh and with care.

The whole team at Fortify is amazing. From Vanessa on the phone, Hannah with a great massage, Dr. Sam Bell with the fun chats, to the chefs Jared and Hannah with the great food, to the owners Stephanie and Katrina who make you feel at home.all are AMAZING. They take the time to make sure you are not only taken care of, but go above and beyond your expectations to make you feel like you are welcomed in their space. Their team is highly collaborative and work well together. I appreciate the connection every time I walk into this wellness centre.

Find it unwelcoming that their basic eatery is set at a steep price-point. I struggle to deem their ingredients justifiable for the amount you are paying for. (. $8.50 for a single smoothie?)

WOW! I ordered the curry bowl yesterday for lunch and it was probably one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. Can't wait to order again soon!:)
