I've been taking my subaru here for years, initially it was just close and convenient but I've had the best service here in the past few years, it's really apparent that they care and they are certainly not out to gouge you which in my previous 20 years of repairs I've felt gouged almost every time. The oil change I get here lasts an extra 4000 km I have no explanation for this at all. I was needing oil changes before the recommended km twice from Mr places.started taking it here and no joke twice the km and I have no explanation but I like it. Go see Ken or one of the other excellent sales staff and breathe easier knowing your most important possession is in good hands.

We drove in with a flat they helped right awayy. Put on the spare. Have to go back tomorrow for a new tire. Very fast and efficient

My go to shop for the last 15 years. Alden and the crew take care of you proper. Never feels like they are trying to pull one over you

Was charged 50$ to mount and balance 1 passenger car tire. A shop across the street was 20$ per tire plus taxes. I will never go to this rip off establishment again.

Great place, although there was an initial mishap with scheduling, Cody was extremely helpful and moved things around and still managed to complete the job on the same day as scheduled, point being mistakes can happen but it's all about doing your best to make it right, and this place definitely did that, so highly recommend.

Make sure you ask for Cody, Cody is the best. Cody is an experienced mechanic who clearly explains what's wrong and is very fair.

I brought my vehicle in for a front a flat front tire. Friendly staff that got the job done and free of charge. I will bring my business back to this Fountain Tire.

I called on Tuesday close to closing to inquire about a 4 wheel alignment on my 2009 Ford fusion, I spoke with Cody and was booked in for Thursday morning at 930, I arrived about half hour early and was helped immediately and my car was brought in shortly thereafter. Thinking the worst I was pleasantly surprised when I was called to settle up within about 45 minutes. Not only was my car fixed correctly, I was informed that thr lock nuts on the tie rod ends were not tightened and this caused my alignment to be so far out of wack. They are efficient, professional and very fair with their pricing. My car is now a huge pleasure to drive again. I can't thank you guys enough!

Alden is great and so are the workshop staff. Fixed all problems and got me the tires I wanted. Also fixed a problem from the last shop I went to.

Love these guys! Very professional, helpful and friendly.but most importantly, honest. Both times I took vehicle in, they gave a honest assessment of the situation with great reccomendations.absolutely no pressure/convincing involved. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined which helps detect the rip-off artists.these guys aren't that, like so many tire/mechanic shops are. I highly recommend!

Called in said I had limited time. Man on the phone was Alden. Said bring it in we'll get her done. Went in for a wheel alignment. Extremely friendly service. I recommend fountain tire on portage avenue 100%. The technician that did the wheel alignment's name was Mark. Definitely will be doing business with these guys and this location again. Fair priced & friendly service. These guys at this location are not just some Joe blow. They have tons of knowledge. Even over the phone. Thank you fountain tire.

Thank you Fountain Tire! We recently discovered a nail in our tire on a Friday night before a road trip. Car was fully packed and tire repair shops were mostly closed. I was phoning around, leaving my desperate messages - hoping to arrange something for as early as possible on Saturday. The owner of Fountain Tire on West Portage Avenue called me back immediately - even though they were already closed - and assured me he would contact the morning staff to get us in and out quickly. Nobody else contacted me that night or the following day. As promised, our problem was fixed quickly & well. We are very grateful and as a result, this location will definitely be our "go to" location for anything related to tire service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After working with the staff at this location through work and with my personal vehicle, I appreciate how efficient, professional and detail-orientated everyone is here. Lots of good communication, and they are always the best to work with. Thank You for everything - keep up the great work!

On August 17 - 2020 I had a screw in my right passenger back tire and the tire was going complete flat. I stopped at Fountain Tire at 5.30 and asked if I could get the tire fixed and the gentlemen behind the desk was wonderful to deal with and was very nice to deal with and assured me that the tire would be fixed in fifteen minutes. The service was excellent and I just want to thank everyone there.

Really amazing service. We blew a tire on the way though town and Ryan promptly booked us in on extremely short notice and totally saved our butts. He was kind, compassionate, and everyone did a wonderful job with the car. Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had bar-none. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and highly recommend! Had a screw lodged in one of my tires and visited several other auto shops who all told me it would take at least 2 business days and that I needed to purchase a new tire. Fountain Tire was able to get me in right away to assess my tire and was able to patch it up so quickly that I didn't even need to leave the location and come back to pick my car up. I was extremely impressed! And very happy I didn't need to purchase a new tire. Plus, staff were very friendly. Great experience overall!

We have been to this shop a few times now. Just picked up our Audi S5 after buying four summer tires. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. The prices seemed quite reasonable. And I get the impression they won't sell you something, you don't need.

No one could get my Tire done for a few days preventing me from putting my summer vehicle on the road, called Ryan and he had it done an hour later, buncha legends working at this location. Couldn't be more pleased, im a Fountain tire customer for life!

Excellent service. Had to get a part and did so in 2 days and installed it same day and returned my vehicle. Staff courteous and knowledgeable.

Been dealing with them for over 20+years @ the Inksbrook location because of the honest staff. They won't sell you anything you don't need. Their reputation is based on customer service and honesty! I will continue to give them my business! Cheers

As an older lady, I'm always concerned when going to a vehicle service business but I was treated with the upmost respect. The service was amazing, informative and HONEST! I not only will recommend Fountain Tire on Portage Ave but I will tell all my friends this is the place to go. I came back for winter tires because I stopped in there once to top up a tire and they were more than happy to help me out so they got my business for life. Thank you so much to ALL the staff. Always get my tire issues fixed at Kal Tire, and despised Fountain Tire. In Calgary.

However, Manitoba has changed my mind. Recently, Kal Tire has been slipping. I brought my truck here, and had a great experience! The two young gentleman were fun to talk with, knew their facts, and were in general, very good at their jobs.

Always friendly and professional. Get my tires switched here regularly and appreciate that they don’t try and up sell me all the time. Very good shop

Didn't understand what needed to be done but they helped me get everything back to normal on my car and safely on the road again!

I'm a former employee of this ongoing gong show. First off I'd like to inform everyone reading these reviews that a majority of the positive reviews are written by the store employees and friends of the store owner. The manager of this location had directed myself and other staff members to write fake reviews in order to decieve current and potential customers. Reviews written by Brent Flanagan who is a friend of the shop supervisor, Logan Fryer is a relative of a tire tech, killjoy921, Mark Budey and will tuazon are all employees. That is a tenth of the reviews fabricated by the owner. The owner has no respect for employees or patrons and is currently under investigation from Fountain Tire corporate for shady hiring practices. I was pressured to take a job here and leave a secure position elsewhere only to be laid off a month later with zero regard for my or my chronically Ill wife's well being. The owner is incredibly dishonest and manipulative. Prospective employees and customers should avoid this location and fountain tire as a whole. Support Canadian owned and locally operated business instead of these corporate profit mills. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, respect yourself and take your business elsewhere. Jose Ferreira is a lying, manipulative clown. This is how Fountain Tire disrespects working Canadians and is an embarrassment to the industry.

Good service, checked my car over with my new winter tires and informed me of a few worn parts that i had previously known about but didnt pressure me into any extra sales. Very polite and knowlagable staff made spending $1,100 enjoyable.and they even washed my dirty car for me. Loved it

I recently went to this Fountain Tire location and delbt with a fellow named Aldan getting new winter tires and wheels. I was extremely happy with the service he provided me. He lead me in the right direction taking consideration of what I needed and what I wanted he made sure my 2500 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel Truck was in good hands. It's now been about a month since I've got my service done through Aldan and I couldn't be happier with the end result between service and product.

Atmosphere in the building was great employees all seemed happy and i left happy with new winter tires and a clean car!
