We had been looking for a while and finally in June we bit the bullet a d bought our Grand Design Transcend
model 221 RB. We could not be any happier with it except for when our theather seat get put in soon. Kevin Borys got us a great deal even with the theather seats. We loved everything from the finance department to the service department. Our walk through was amazing We learned so much but forgot a few things as well. We go back on July 14th for the theather seat install. Yey no more dinette. Anyhow we highly recommend dealing with four seasons you will be happy you did.

Outstanding Sales, Service and Demo Teams. Made our first RV purchase an exceptional experience.

We appreciate the low pressure sales, they provided pros and cons of various units we were looking at. After viewing many floor plans and options, they brought out the top three and parked them side by side, for further viewing. It gave us the additional opportunity to review what we liked best on each and allowed us the time to ensure we were comfortable with our selected camper. The trailer was delivered and parked by a very experienced driver, that was able to demonstrate and show us the workings of the trailer internal components, such as the self levelling, hook up and disconnect features and the control panel for the inverter, slides, lights and tanks. It was NOT a wham bam delivery, it was methodical to ensure we were comfortable to operate the trailer! Following that, they have honoured the on site technician visit, there was a recall notice and some minor items noted after the unit arrived. These items were addressed and leaves us feeling good about working with Four Seasons Sales. We were repeat buyers, and should we need another trailer, we will not hesitate to work with them again.

Lesson learned, do not buy in fall. Oct 5 5th wheel purchased may 5 called to say air conditioning was not working.we can sell you a new unit.heavily inspected? Stand behind product they sell?

Buyer beware, do not purchase end of season.and not from 4 not our problem seasons

I ordered a new awning and arm kit late last summer to replace ours. We own a 2002 Jayco 5th wheel. I measured, took pictures, and sent them in when we ordered. We had asked if the maintenance vans that come to the campground could measure to ensure accuracy. We were told then that they didn’t do this. So in spring once our camper was out of storage we proceeded to put the awning and arms up. Awning fit well. Arms were far too long. I spoke to service and yes they had just sent us the standard arms. (No consideration for the measurements I sent in)
I was repeatedly told “ well your camper is OLD”! Two weeks ago a call was to be made to Jayco to order the correct arms. To this date I have heard nothing! Good news is we found a private company which has since ordered, received and put on our new arms! Apparently if your camper is older than 2 or 3 years, Four Seasons isn’t interested in helping you with maintenance

Courteous, professional, understood what I was looking for (older unit) had parts done deal, good prices. Very happy.

Great selection of products and friendly, knowledgeable staff made purchasing our new 5 th wheel trailer a very pleasant experience. Had our unit in the heated wash bay for our demo and looking forward to bringing our unit home.

Love our new trailer!

Great service even though I didn't purchase my camper from them. I had a roof vent loose so I took the camper to them. They fixed it while I waited and I didn't even have to unload my camper.

It was amazing dealing with four seasons. Our initial contact was with Mirah from Four Seasons in Winnipeg. I have to say she was absolutely amazing. She worked with us for a couple of weeks, texting, emailing and phoning back and forth until she found the perfect trailer for us, which was in Virden. I actually called her on the long weekend and she responded and didn't mind that I had disturbed her on her days off. She was totally dedicated to us and helping us to find the perfect trailer within our budget! We traded off our old trailer and bought a newer one, totally sight unseen. We sent pictures, emails and she did a walk through on a couple of different trailers for us. Then we started working with Monele from Four Seasons in Virden, and she to was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. She walked through our 2018 Jayco for us before we received it and made sure everything worked out. She sent both myself and my husband Four Seasons Jackets, (which I just love). After we received our new trailer, we noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Monele put us in contact with Road Service to rectify the problems. We are currently waiting for Road service to come out our way to make repairs, but so far we haven't heard from them. So we are patiently waiting for them. Other than that, we would certainly recommend Four Seasons to our family and friends. They have exceptional customer service, which a lot of our companies are sorely lacking.

The staff at Four Seasons has gone above and beyond for us. From the salesman the day we purchased our trailer to the service department for quickly taking care of any problems. I cannot say enough about the team at Four Seasons. I can say that they have a customer for life. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer or needing some repairs done. Thank you so much for everything.

Purchased our Montana High Country and have had a few minor fit and finish issues and one recall. They have been Johnny on the spot getting things looked after had the recall completed before we had the notice in the mail. These people KNOW customer service!

Difficulty in finding who is responsible for warranty work between Virden and Headingley Four Seasons. The employees who come out to your RV are good but all admit (Headingley) does not fully inspect the units before delivery and depend on post delivery travelling services, which are numerous. This can be confusing for the purchaser.

Wow, we are very pleased with the service, respect, fun, and the expertise of all departments. From the first phone call to the first visit to the day we picked up our used camper we only had good experiences. As it was a used camper, we knew we would find some mishaps after we pick it up, and we did. Four Seasons responded quickly to resolve these issues. We are also pleased with the quick response of the roadside team.

The Staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get us what we wanted in a camper. Definitely recommend buying from them.

Without going into personal details Four Seasons sales was a great place to do business when I called four other RV dealerships in Winnipeg and they refused to help me Four Seasons stepped up to the plate with no problem and help me out greatly I would definitely do business with this company in the future if need be

The road service tech came out to assess our issue (outdoor kitchen fridge had failed) was very friendly, replaced the fridge quickly, and was super professional.all while I was still enjoying my vacation at my site and not having to take the rig to the dealer to have it fixed.this is what I can service.great job!
