Four Seasons Sales Winnipeg

My husband and I experienced some pretty scary moments when a failed bearing on our RV tire caused us to be stranded on the side of the highway while traveling near Winnipeg. We called 4 Seasons and Jonny told us they could take care of us immediately. We spent many hours roadside waiting on a tow truck and 4 Seasons stayed open for us to bring the RV in. Not only did this team take care of our failed bearing, but after inspecting the RV thoroughly they felt compelled to make sure that all of our bearings were replaced and in good working shape and checked our brakes as well. They found stripped lug nuts (news to us) which they replaced. They helped us attempt to identify a problem we have with our fifth-wheel hitch as well. They kept in contact with us throughout the following day in regards to the status of our repairs, and even stayed open late again for us to make sure that we were back on the road safely. I cannot thank this team of professionals enough for their expert mechanics and also for their kind and gracious staff that made us feel like we were in great hands the whole time! My Autumnwood neighbour, Wayne, a disabled senior, bought a new RV from Four Seasons last year and has had nothing but trouble-a service person is out nearly every week. Most recently because of a, emergency exit window that won't open. He's now learned that the unit he thought he bought and thoroughly checked out with family members was a show model. He clearly has a lemon, under warranty, and yet the company won't replace it. When the time comes to replace my old trailer, I won't be shopping at Four Seasons.

Bought an RV from here on Tuesday, the staff and everyone was nice including the finance manager.

Going through the RV (I know nothing about RVs until now)

I was told everything works, everything is sealed and there's no water damage by the staff member taking me around. Told me not to even worry about the very minor water staining inside and it didn't look like much at all.

We went straight from their location to our campsite.

- Hot water doesn't work. Not that big of a deal, if that was the only issue it wouldn't be a problem.

- Some speakers in the walls don't work, again I wouldn't care minor issue

- The walls are delaminated all around the the RV. There are 5 smaller bubbles and one huge one near the front door when I press on it.there is nothing behind it which means it's bad enough that the insulation has deteriorated in the walls.

When googling this deficiency I had the answer right away as to what it was and it's a common issue so any RV tech would have looked at it for a second and had known exactly what it was.

Which means they decided to not tell me about it or are completely incompetent.

Also they tack on a $500 charge to every rv. They post a price but it is automatically $500 more for " cleaning " was told every RV gets that charge. Why not just add it to the posted price then.

Don't buy an RV from here they are dishonest.

The level of service at Four Seasons cannot be beat. They are all friendly and courteous staff, and a pleasure to deal with.

We went to Four Seasons while on a one year road trip - we never bought our tailer from them.

To be fair they did fix a number of items but we left with the feeling that they didn’t want to expend too much effort to fix our big items that needed repairs. The only parts they installed were those that we ordered prior to arriving in Winnipeg.

Disappointing and we won’t go back there again.

Top level service and sales. Professional and considerate of your time. Busy at times but, it seems, they handle the volume well. Large parts and supplies area. Great selection of product in house. My go to folks in my RV life. Highly recommended.

An absolutely wonderful experience. From picking the right RV for our family to getting the best financing. The manger their, Jade I believe her name was, was terrific. Explained everything in detail and made sure there was no fees that were hidden or not explained. Definitely recommend dealing with them for all your RV and camper needs.

Absolutely amazing trailer buying experience from start to finish they worked with my budget found me an amzing option that suited my family and was affordable. Everyone I dealt with at 4 seasons the reception, sales, finance, training technician, parts and service was fun, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The travel trailer I purchased was as advertised, delivered in the time frame promised and fairly priced.

I would be happy to recommend anyone to 4 seasons based on my experience.

The buying experience at this dealer was excellent. The finance Lady we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful giving us good advice on add ons and explaining our options well. I would definitely recommend and if looking for another rv in the future I would definitely start at Four Seasons. Best price in the city.

We were recently shopping around for an RV. We spoke with Garret who was a fantastic and helpful sales person! He put us in contact with Jade as we wanted to know what was needed from us to obtain an approval eg credit score, utilization etc. She asked us to fill out some information and advised she would look into it and then go over her findings with us prior to submitting anything to the banks as we were concerned about having our credit checked if our chance of approval was low. This was on July 10th. My husband emailed her the same day and told her again not to do any credit checks. She never got back to us with any of the information that we had requested. We ultimately decided to go with another RV dealer that had a more favorable unit that met our family's needs. Upon my husband advising Garret of our decision on July 13th (today), Jade contacted us and told us she was trying to do some digging on our file and got an approval with TD and asked if we wanted to stop progess with them because she had been warned by TD that we were already approved by them at another dealership. I asked if she had done a hard pull on our credit and she responded with "I’m not sure what you mean by “hard” pull.  Any time your credit is looked at, it is recorded". I asked her to retract the credit pull and she refused. We never consented to the credit check. Shes trying to downplay the situation and refuses to take any accountability for her wrongdoings. No company should not have the power or ability to perform credit checks against your will. Im so dissapointed in the negative outcome as we werent being callous or disrespectful.we just made a choice based on what was best for our family of 5. We work hard for our money and should be free to say where we spend it without worrying about this kind of thing happening.

Sales bent over backwards for us, but 2 months in, their service department is dropping the ball. They sell you on 24x7 emergency service, but that isn't what they mean. Book an appointment, and they will see you in a couple of weeks. Then, after they show up without the required parts (twice) they head out. Book another appointment. Repeat. 2 months later and still don't have all the extras installed that we ordered as part of the purchase. Every month that goes by, and they lose another star.

My wife and I traded in our motorhome for a new 5th wheel and everyone we dealt with was excellent and dedicated to sales & service.
My wife and I would like to especially thank our sales rep Joe Kendrick who was great! He was easy to deal with and very informative. Our whole experience was just excellent. The staff there were friendly and catered to our needs and wants. We love our new trailer and will have many years of camping fun with family.

We live in Alberta so initially started our search here but on a late night whim inquired online about a trailer from Four Seasons Winnipeg. Dylan Dutiaume got back to me early the next day and was absolutely awesome. Patiently answered all my questions, helped me compare to other trailers I’d looked at and helped us make the best choice for our family (without any high pressure sales tactics!). Buying an RV sight unseen was a big decision and I’m so appreciative of the steps he took to make us comfortable. Eric in financing and Billy with our walk through have been so great. An all around easy and seamless process!

Here to pick up parts. Parts clerks looked every model on Atwood furnace and made sure I get right one to replace. Awesome service and kindness. Thank you to Joanna and Len.

We just purchased our 5th trailer with Four Seasons Winnipeg location, as their service is outstanding! I never even consider going anywhere else. We have always been treated with respect, always will to go that extra mile, they are extremely knowledgeable about their product, and they are just really super nice people to deal with. You won’t find that a better place to buy an RV. Why go anywhere else than Four Seasons!

Bought a Brand new 2022 Keystone Hideout and nothing but problems:
I first would like to start off by saying we really enjoyed the looking at trailers and deciding on our trailer with Lucas, that part was great. The Walk through with Reg was also top notch, he was super knowledgeable, explained everything with great detail and made it a fun experience. Bob and Vlady who delivered our trailer again were just some of the best people I have met, again super helpful, patient and did excellent work.

The rest not so much, and I will get into detail about the disappointment and let down we felt when our trailer finally arrived. My wife and I were so excited that we were receiving our trailer on Wednesday May 18th, and both of us were very excited to see it coming down the road while we waited in Rennie, Mb. Bob parked our trailer in our Seasonal spot and leveled it, that part was great. Bob was not impressed by the state of our trailer either and let us know that this shouldn’t of happened.

Now for the part that isn’t good and wasn’t great and really left us let down and disappointed. Our Brand new trailer arrived with nothing fixed on it, The light on the front still missing its lens, the fridge was not repaired or in working condition, the Mirror in the bedroom was still broken. The Power Jack has a dead spot and needs to be Manually raised and lowered. The Door doesn’t work and is twisting the frame of the trailer, there is a new dent in the back of the trailer that was not there when we did the walk through. This is not what I expected when I bought a BRAND new trailer, some problems OK, but this was a terrible experience and being new trailer owners left a bad taste in our mouths.

At the walk through we were promised everything would be fixed prior to it being delivered, well that didn't happen. Nothing was fixed and it was delivered with three new problems that didn't exist at our walk through.

I'd like to give a shout out to Four Seasons and the team for being absolutely amazing. Especially Mirah Duarte absolutely did amazing. Told her in email what I wanted met up with her a week later and 1st Trailer she showed us was the one we got. She nailed it on the head. She had everything prepped and ready was amazing. Thank you so much!

We picked up our RV yesterday from Four Seasons Headingley, a few issues cropped up and I want to thank Kyle and Eric for making sure everything was dealt with. Thank you to the friendly staff but mostly I want to thank Matt in service the five stars goes out to HIM. He was friendly, professional totally there to provide the service a customer required. We are truly grateful for the help he gave us yesterday.

Camping is my happy place but this year's it has been filled with issues at almost ever turn. The one positive has been buying a travel trailer from Four Seasons. They made it super easy to find what we needed, answered every question (including ones we did not know to ask) and put up with all our ridiculous delays and reschedules. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic and responsive. Top shelf business, glad we chose to shop there.

We never owned a trailer before, we always tented. Because of changing circumstances, we decided to purchase a trailer. We had been to a few trailer vendors and had adequate service - we assumed that "adequate" was the level to expect UNTIL, we went to Four Seasons Winnipeg and partnered with Mirah Duarte.

We had MANY rookie questions and Mirah patiently answered every question. It was such a pleasure working with Mirah. We purchased the trailer from Four Seasons for two reasons. (1) We liked the quality of the trailer. (2) Because of Mirah. She was genuinely helpful and positive.

I'm writing this from my wifes computer. We decided to sell our cottage and go travelling so we searched for an RV for 4 days visiting numerous spots. The last dealership we found was Four Seasons in Headingly. We were able to get a great fire cracker agent who worked like crazy to help us. She was so professional and friendly and willing to do research on comparable trailers. Certainly not pushy and really wanted to do what we asked. Ive sold real estate for 45 years and this lady was way better than most of the people i know. She made everything so enjoyable. Her boss Chad was very reasoneable in his negotiations with us. Loved this experience. The service staff was another level of professionalism. Thank you Four Seasons and Mirah Duarte our wonderful sales lady from the bottom of our hearts. I can't say enough good things about the service that I have received from Four Seasons. I purchased my coach in 2019 and have had a few issues with it. Having purchased the extended warranty, I have found that my concerns have been addressed and repaired in a reasonable amount of time and the service has always been friendly. Thanks Four Seasons!

We have tried a few RV places for repairs, even the place that we bought our trailer at, this is by far the best prices and customer service. They call you back when they say they are going to. The service is quick and reliable. Would recommend and will go back.

Four Seasons Sales in Winnipeg are Outstanding. It all started with a prompt response from Kyle Gallant to an inquiry that I made. Kyle was more than patient through out are search for the perfect trailer. He went above and beyond and without the high priced sales pitch that we have experienced from other RV dealers in the past. The business manager, Debbie Sutton was an absolute pleasure to deal with; she provided us with multiple purchase options thereby allowing us to make the best choice. Unfortunately i'm here writing this regarding my brand new 2020 RV that i purchased in June of last year. During my pick up i left with issues (lighting) not working and as the camping seasons progressed there were some major issue to where the trailer had to be brought in during the winter for repairs. The communication is very poor! The only updates received was when I called or emailed them.

Just recieved the RV back and friends noticed that there were Dents and paint missing around the trim, Caulking missing to seal exterior water entry, wire pinched off in the fold of the awning for the LED lights that now no longer work. Bowing in the wood in the back of the trailer and duck tape still in 6 different places to name a few issues. 0 Quality control!

I get things happen and even new items may have issue, but to have to chase and constantly follow up on issues that should have been attended to is very discouraging. Receiving the trailer back in such a state that friends are pointing things out is so frustrating. Hate complaining as i'm not looking for anything beside a good working trailer that i paid a lot of money for. I really hope things get rectified!

Overwhelmed with how great the staff is at the Four Seasons in Headingley. Best prices and selection available in Central Canada! The GM, can’t remember his name, talked with me for a good 10 minutes, which was a nice touch for someone that was just kicking tires. Kyle Gallant was very informative as well!
