Fraser's Auto Service

Fraser's is the shop I've been taking my vehicles to since I started driving and I've always felt like I could trust them. Unfortunately this has changed and I won't be going back. I took my truck for a safety inspection and was told that my rear bump stops were "torn off" and that they couldn't replace them since they couldn't find the part. After looking myself the only bump stops I could find were specialty off roading ones costing almost $400. I ordered them and after having someone else look at my truck was told that I didn't need bump stops since the truck had airbags. This seems like a massive oversight by the mechanic since air bags are not an easy thing to miss. I emailed the shop to tell them about this and got no acknowledgment or offer of reimbursement. $400 down the drain.
