Fresh Start Cleaning & Organizing

I had fresh start cleaning for several months last year to do weekly cleaning in my home. Things started out great and pretty consistent, but soon I had different cleaners each week learning my house, inconsistencies, and wasn’t billed on a regular basis which made it extremely hard to budget. I would get bills for weeks at a time totalling over 800.00…. When I was used to paying my cleaners in a weekly basis. A year after parting ways with the company I recieved 7-8 more invoices saying I hadn’t paid some of my bills from last year. This was of great surprise to me as I pay every one of my bills as they come in. As there is no way for me to possibly remember dates from a year ago and whether or not I had fresh start company here in those days I have paid these invoices but am very upset that it took a year to be made aware of it, and don’t feel all may be correct as I had quite a few cancelled cleanings back then. Just a warning to those who choose this company. If you want consistency, this may not be the cleaning company for you. I have since had a great company with consistent cleaners and billing

I am so glad I found this company. They come in and clean for me. They do a great job! They use products that don’t irritate my allergies. The staff are friendly.

Fresh Start Cleaning and Organizing is a great cleaning company. I have been using them for years now, after going through a rather lengthy process to find a home cleaner. The notable qualities that keep me with this company are: 1 staff and the owner are non judgemental and are sensitive to the fact that some of us cannot keep up with cleaning due to various real and valid factors. 2 the cleans are thorough and highly professional 3 staff are personable and professional. 4 the company is local and contributes to our community and local economy

I‘ve been using Fresh Start for a couple months now and I’m SO incredibly pleased with their work. Crystal reached out after the first couple cleanings to make sure everything went well, and when I mentioned something that was missed she sent someone the following day to take care of it. I also absolutely love how the Fresh Start team supports one another and our greater community in a variety of ways, including taking items that we are ready to donate and finding them a new home!

Crystal was amazing ti connect with, prompt replies and open communication. Her team was courteous and polite and non judgmental. They did a deep clean of my bathroom and kitchen and they are spotless. Years if stains on my cupboards are now gone.
I am definitely going to having a monthly service going forward

I can't begin to explain the absolute relief I felt walking through our front door after the first clean. I don't think our house ever looked this good! Their attention to detail was impressive. I also appreciated their little touches like making my son's bed, putting the bath toys away, putting things back in their homes, and doing our few dishes in the sink. I know that doesn't sound like much but it made a world of difference. It was a little touch that was so appreciated. We can't wait to have them back!

Crystal and her team absolutely blew me away! I am so incredibly thankful for the amazing team that came today to make my apartment a real home. They did such a phenomenal job in my apartment. I actually was like in tears when I got home it was so beautiful and so thoughtfully and well done. I just I have no words right now as to how impressed I am. Thank you so much! ️

Ps. The absolute icing on the perfectly clean cake - they made my bed with fresh sheets from my closet hotel style and even made Kevins cat bed!

Has anyone out there had this service say they didn’t pay? I paid for a move out clean over a year ago and recently received a threatening letter indicating that I didn’t. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there.

They did an Amazing Job helping me organize after my move. I 100% recommend them, Crystal and Trevor are really awesome people.
