Freshco Henderson

This location has no selection at all. And if you can find someone to help, they are clueless. AFTER looking for an item and not able to find it I have asked for directions, only to be given the wrong information. Which is so frustrating. Most of the staff don't seem to be happy which is noticeable. I only use this location as a last resort, sad as I live only 5 min away. I will drive to the Molson location

Always a great experience.it's a smaller grocery store with good prices and enough selection to cover the basics.

Cashier too talkative not bad thing but have line up not necessary also wouldn't allow customer behind me to use scene card who actually from out of province buying strawberries cashier did point I put her a bad position we know there's grey area

All the produce I buy from here is slimy and gross by the next day. Not sure why?

Yet I buy from other grocery stores and they're fine.

Great neighborhood grocery store only a 15 minute walk away. The store is always decently stocked, is clean, and seems to offer some pretty good deals.

Well Frescho itself is clean and however it is a really bad parking designed in the parking lot. Today was brutal, and people had a hard time finding a parking spot, and vehicles were parked wrong due to angled parking design.they should change it.

Finally found a couple of reasonable prices - international creamer $4.99 and purex laundry soap $10.99.

Bad customer service! Approach the customer and dont just STAND AND trying to explain outloud. RACIST!

That store is out of so much stuff. No christmas cake, no mincemeat filling to make a pie for Christmas.the staff are always very pleasant

Gross. Just bought 2 cans of tomato soup today and didn't realize they are almost 4 years old. Always check the dates!

Its a nice store, however prices are rising so i dont shop there as much anymore.the place is huge and has a rounded roof, kind of like a small costco.staff are nice and helped me get in touch with my family when i couldnt.

Since opening, the store's customer service has gone down drasticaly. I don't like using self checkout as I am a supporter of people actually having jobs but going forward I will avoid one particular cashier at all costs. If you're gonna have one cashier open please ensure they're capable of getting people through the line in a timely manner. The security is absolutely atrocious here. They follow anyone around who does not fit into a certain category and their biased discrimatory perception of customers is a deterrent to shopping here. The parking lot is often full Sundays and people attending a church nearby should not be allowed to park in your parking lot plain and simple, they should be ticketed and towed. Your customers shouldn't be struggling for a parking spot.

Clean and well organized. Good pricing and the produce section is well stocked and good quality. Definitely recommended

Staff are helpful and prices are great. I'm glad the fruit and vegetables are going down in price at this store as I enjoy shopping here.

All the food you can get at Sobeys but at half the stores size. You do the math. Not to be rude but it's not close to a seniors home so.yea lol

Asked employee simple question.walked away and answered angrily talk to grocery employee.walked in the back.a GOOD EMPLOYEE KNOWS HIS STORE MO MATTER WHAT SECTION HE'S WORKING IN!

My regular, my local. Really missed having a grocery store nearby after Safeway closed. I shop here 90% of the time now; don't want to see it close. Prices are good. Selection is fine; if they don't have it I probably don't need it that badly.

Beautiful facilities, excellent customer service personnel, great cashier very friendly & attentative, fresh vegetables and fruits, great selection & fair pricing.
Parking interesting situation.

The grocery options are pretty limited. They never really enforced or cared about COVID rules so sometimes it would be stressful going here. It's not the cleanest place either.

It's not awful, and a little cheao, and I'd go here if I needed some basic stuff but if I was trying to find something specific or hard to find, or if I was gonna do a big grocery haul, just avoid.

There are plenty of other stores nearby with better deals and larger selections. Even though this store is much closer to me, I travel to Superstore because they have a better selection.

Another discount grocery store that lure u in with a few cheap items then ding you on more expensive items

Store is ok, security lady watches you like a hawk. So rude, do your job and watch the store and not stare at honest people that want to pick up groceries.

It was my first time at this location the store was nice as was the staff there was a good selection and the store was clean

Great place. Love the fact that a store has finally taken over the empty building. Love the prices & the selection of lactose free items.

Happy location opened on Henderson, prices competitive and sales good, convenient location. Only complaint customer service could be improved on, many young employees who are more concerned about socializing with each other and act like nobody present, find it inappropriate and needs addressing

It's clean, organized, great prices. Convenient location for me personally. Workers are nice too.

Great Selections, Very Clean, Bright easy to navigate Store, and Super Friendly Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff, Best FreshCO Store in Town.

Clean, bright, well organized and excellent prices. I'll be doing all my grocery shopping here from now on.

They did not have signs on tables for sales or advertised flyer specials. The Mayo for $3 was not marked on the shelf. They did not have self scanners for prices. They also sold expired lettuce for March 11 and March 14 Best Before Date. The Fresh Co on McPhillips has friendlier staff than Henderson as they walk past you and do not help you.

It's nice to finally have a Freshco in this area of Henderson so that I don't have to drive over to Nairn location to get quality food for less. My only disappointment is the international isle was very very limited which would force me to go to a different location to pick up what I need. Other than that it is a good experience

Love this store lower prices and great location. Awesome manager at this location, had a chance to talk to her for a bit she is excited about being in this area!

Not better than the Safeway that used to be there, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The setup is "meh" at best, and I could not find any aisle with tinned meat or fish, perhaps I simply missed it. The produce section is rather small, but this is partially due to the small size of the building. I wouldn't be too excited about this place, but it's fine if you need a few things. Prices are more or less the same as everywhere. I consider myself underwhelmed.

Happy that one opened up closer to my residence! Great deals, they price match, and the new store is very tidy. Self checkouts are fast, easy to use & great with the barriers between machines.

The potato bag was opened while I was getting my bill paid. The line was not very busy, the girl on teller didn't do anything for that except offering some bags for 25 cents and 3 dollars.

Maintained Social Distancing.a little too crowded, but security at the entrance is visible.when you shop, make sure write all that is needed so it will less time exposed from the virus!

Awesome store for all groceries particularly fruits and vegetables are ever fresh in all days in week.

Happy to have this new store in the neighborhood. Decent prices and good sales. So far I am impressed. Store is always very clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Would recommend checking this store out.

Lots of sales, store is new. Smaller than I remembered the old Safeway and definitely smaller than the one by Lagimodiere.

Finally a Freshco in East Kildonan. Right where the old Safeway used to be on Henderson hwy where it has been sitting empty for a long time.

I really like the bright appearance of the store the good deals, friendly staff etc. This will be great for the area it's a shame there's no pharmacy considering all the other locations

It was a great experience! Employees were so friendly. Store is nice and clean. The shopping carts are smooth. Never had a ride so smooth before!
