Fresh fruits and Veggies lol More like seconds that nobody else wants.advertise 9 lb watermelon more like 5 lb at best and soft ready for the garbage.shelves empty on advertise items EG corn flakes frosted flakes red grapes and so on. And refuse to give rain checks. Draw people in with advertising items they don t have. Store is in need of a manager that knows how to run a store. Fake reviews if people say this store has fresh produce. Most cashiers are friendly not all and no customer service wonder why! I will go across the street to Save On they match prices and 100% better quality. Sorry Freshco started off good but downhill constantly since opening. Now carrying mostly compliments products. Stopped stocking brand names. Store is horrible

Horrible store. Went Sat and mold on strawberries watermelon soft and small bananas bruised as where apples. Went to cashier and asked for rain check on 2 items that in flyer no stock on shelves told no rain checks and if I don t like the policy go shop elsewhere bigger white lady checking very rude person. Won t go back to this store. In the sobey's franchise hmmm Sobey's should not be proud of this disgrace of a store. Would give 0 stars if I could

Last time I will shop at this Freshco, Sick of having to go to another store to finish my shopping list, As this store never has stock of items in flyer and refuses to give rain checks. The fruits are horrible for the last couple months outdated ready for the garbage. This store has major problems.

This store has a large variety of international foods. Other then that they really need to clean the front of the store, as you enter it is so dirty and gross not something that would present cleanliness of the store from the start. I've been there multiple times now and every time the front is dirty.

I quite enjoy shopping at FreshCo. The staff are helpful, the prices are very reasonable, and there is quite a bit of food selection.

Good place for cheap groceries. Especially meats. Definitely the place to shop if youre on a tight budget.

They have chicken drumsticks for 5 dollars or less and a pack of sausages for around that price. If you need a cheap meal especially of you're struggling these are good meats to gwt you by

Don't worry I'm willing to change my review, The few times I was there the Veggie/Fruit Clearance was complete rot, Things leaking everything in every bag would be more than squish and smell of rot. I was laughing because of how bad it was, and on top of that it was only a 50% off bags for everything.first time I was there it was a 1 dollar for clearance and I bet everything gets snagged up then right? Was kinda still fresh to (just normal blemishes and decent softness). Is clearance only being put out once a week and being left out to rot? Bring it back to a dollar, even if it's $2 I think decent, so it doesn't go to rot! I feel bad for the employees who have to clean it off and continue to watch things get unpurchased on the clearance bin because it is in such bad conditions.

Great location, ALWAYS fresh stock, and lower prices, than the competition! But, washroom, could do a bit better cleaning.

A white girl did my transaction. She was very rude. No greetings, no thank you, no communication at all. Self checks are much more professional than her

This is not the first time we bought some products like whipped cream, curd, bread, etc they were over a month old from the expiry date.

I noticed several " Happy Vaisakhi " signs above the produce section. For
some reason or the other, i couldn't find any " Happy Easter " signs.
Very sad.

I liked this store, it is clean and bright. What I especially liked, are the wide isles! Its a busy store, but it doesnt feel like your packed in a sardine tin.

Terrible no help on the floor. Waste of time. First and last time there.couldn't find anything.

Cashiers are extremely fast. Everytime I go there for a sales item that's in the flyer its always in stock.

Today, I went to the Jefferson & Mcphillips store. From Flyer two of the things, I wanted were out of the store. I specially went there to buy those. I already did my bulk grocery last week from the store. I went to the front and asked them if the items were placed somewhere else or if they were out of the store. Lady at the front named Sharon (if I heard her name correct) said we don't give rain discount at the moment as we are experiencing trouble with delivery. Though, my first intention was to know if the items were kept somewhere else.

If the store doesn't provide 10% discount on out of the stock items and rain check for any reason, then it should be removed from the website too or should be some sort of warning to the customers.

I am highly disappointed by today's visit. This really needs attention. I regularly buy from this store.

There is nothing wrong with the store. I like how some items are cheap and discounted, like eggs chicken and some meat; what I don't like here is the security guard shadowed me like I'm shoplifting. He followed me to the counter, and my girlfriend held me in my arms because she noticed that I was being followed by this security guard.they can't do their job well,

Came to shop for my usual groceries with my mother. Security kept following us. Why do they do this? Is it the store orders? The Security company or just the man working Security? I'm sure there is more subtle ways of monitoring customer instead of following them around and pretending they're not when I catch them make and break eye contact multiple times at different parts of the store I go.

Almost every product is near to its expiry date. Its name is freshco but you will barely found something fresh. Specifically diary and vegetables

After being to a few different Freshcos in the city, going to this one I was dissapointed on the amount of processed foods and cost increases. A lot of the items I usually get from other freshcos were higher in price at this location then they are at others, I think it had to do with partially the demographics but still that's figgren ridiculous. Never going back again.

I love freshco, they have good prices. I find the meats (chicken or beef) has more affordable prices compared to other grocery stores. I like the variety they have as well as far as international selection is concerned. Also on my last visit, i dropped my debit card in the store and a staff was able to retrieve it for me, and by my luck they had given it to the cashier that was ringing my purchases. I was so glad about that, they have a lot of staff around the aisles which i think contributed to the quick picking up of my card and giving it to the cashier, thank you kind person that picked up my card.

The flyer deals are at joke a Fresco, they deals start on Thursday and are sold out either the same day or after a couple of days. They also stopped providing rain checks for which they advertise that they do. Why have offers if you can't cater to the demand. It's just a tactic to get customers going to the store.

Stop posting items on the flyer if you dont have enough stocks! Went there thursday 10am, got nothing. Wasted my time and gas.

Fresh co is a great store.but when they had ribs on sale for 97 cents a pound.you couldn't get to the other meat coolers to look at other products because people wouldn't move out of the way so people could look in the coolers. Management should have done something better to deal with large amount of customers that were there for the ribs.

First time shopper won't return again! Better deals elsewhere and although the huge banner hanging on the outside of the store states they price match it's only select stores. Waste of time!

Not cheap just another name for sobeys I like, like many no frills the cheapest and local owned.but freshco is a million times better than Walmart that's for sure.

Went shopping twice at this new store. Will never go back again. Very limited choices other items not available. Needed to go to another grocery store in area to complete shopping list. Sad. Bring back Safeway.

Loved the store. Nice and clean and bright. Their deli, run by cantors, should take a little more responsibility for Freshco products as
I brought up a package of sliced deli meats that had been not sealed properly and the meat inside had gone bad. Rather than just take the package and say thanks she tried to direct me to go look for a FreshCo employee wearing a green shirt to give it to them. With a child in my cart I didn't really have the time, nor the patience to then go search out another employee to give them a package of spoiled meat. To her benefit however, she realized this and just took it from me as I was just trying to do the right thing and make sure someone who didn't know better bought it and got sick.

Will never go back. Stood in line for 20 minutes with two items because there's no express lane and no self check out. Not to mention the two steaks I bought from the fresh meat counter turned out to be frozen solid when I got them home. So much for a steak dinner tonight.

I didn't find this store to be a great shopping experience. Cantors doesn't carry any of their deli meats at this location. The aisles are too narrow and the organization of products is completely ridiculous. It took forever to find anything. There was some decent pricing but not enough to make the trip. No Frills has nothing to worry about.

Stopped in yesterday. Not at all impressed. Went up and down the aisles and checked out prices on many of the typical items I buy, including the produce items. I live on a very tight budget so I watch prices when I'm buying groceries. Their prices are basically the same, if not more on some items as my two favorite stores where I currently shop; No Frills and Save On Foods. There is no express lane and no self checkout either. So been there, saw it, won't be going back. Save On Foods has the same huge produce variety and ethnic aisles as Fresh Co for basically the same prices and even less cost on many items. And Save On even bags for you. So not sure what the big huplah was about? I have no interest or no reason to go back to Fresh Co.

A spectacularly terrible store. Aside from the narrow isles, empty shelves, sale items unavailable, no one answers the phone. Basic customer service is lost on the staff at both stores. Don’t waste your time because any savings on your groceries will be outweighed by wasted time and frustration.

No express line or self checkout will not make me want to go back.
I had 6 items and waited in line for 15 minutes and I still would’ve had to wait for another 10 minutes so I put everything back and left.
I will give it another chance when everything settles down a little bit and see if they fix this problem. You definitely need a least a express line!
