The store itself was clean and well lit. Other than the cashiers, there was only one other person on the floor in the bagged salad section.

There was a sale going on, and one of the sale products had only had one unit on the shelf. I wanted to ask if there might have been more in the back, but I couldn't find anyone.

As I was leaving the section, a young man walked into the aisle, and I asked him. His response was, "This is not my section, and anyway, I'm on lunch. " No offer to help or find someone to assist.

I went to check out and asked the cashier who called for assistance. A gal came over and asked, "What do you want? " The cashier explained, and she said, "I don't know, " then went off and came back saying there was a lot of product on the shelf. The cashier explained again, and I added that there is none of this specific product (a black can) on the shelf. The gal was asked if there might be any in the back, and she just looked at me and said no.

I couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful the staff was. I do not believe I will make a return visit to this location.

Deals are great. However, the washroom is most of the time dirty. Today, there was poop by where you get your grocery cart by the store entrance.

This supermarket cart hardy work properly when you used them, also it s difficult locating certain items especially west Indians products and produces

Normally deserve 5 stars but went to cantors express Friday like I do every weekend for dinners at the lake. Bought a few leg and thigh chicken. Again this was Friday. Saturday afternoon fire up the smoker go to grab the chicken season it up and ROTTEN it stunk so bad, it was discolored all grey and sick looking. Absolutely horrible they would sell that. There is no way it didn't stink when the girl put it in the bag, wasn't even 24 hours later. Probably a day away from maggots forming. Check your product before you sell it. That could make someone violently sick or worse. Not sure if I'll be back.

I'm giving 2 stars mostly for there employees. I have not encountered anyone friendly since they've opened. If you get hurt in there, they wont help you. Water on there floors all the time.
Prices are good though.

Best Watermelon so far this Summer. Prices were awesome as well on the items I picked up the other day.

I love going here. I live right by a Superstore but have to say that FreshCo makes me feel much happier inside and I travel there. I love how much variety there is and inclusive of different cultural foods. I am always happy with the price tags as well.

I went here for the first time today and really enjoyed my experience multiple employees went out of their way to accommodate me and to make my shopping experience As positive as possible better service than the higher price places also had no problem using coupons and formula was extremely easy to find and get

Prices were good. Love the meat prices. Can't get comfortable in the store, not sure if it's the lighting or shelving, but it feels weird to me.

Sunday no pork ground.is Not a issue, but nobody was able or willing to help out.maybe in a hour, or maybe tomorrow.last time in this store

They do not clean shopping carts, or debit machine at till after each perosn uses it during a pandemic.

I honestly think the to a much better job then superstore when it comes to cover enforcement (social distancing, arrows on ground for direction, sanitation).

Nice store great deals on some stuff. The addition if Cantons for their meat department is an added bonus.

This is where I do my grocery shopping. Location is perfect and l always get more for my dollar. The prices are very affordable. There's a couple of staff that think they are better than you but don't let that keep you away. I think most stores have at least one smart mouth.

Good prices on most staple items and a wide variety of hard to find food items from around the world. They have items you simply won't find anywhere else in the city but at great prices- some places might carry ethnic foods but they aren't cheap because they can only purchase small quantities. You can get these items here at supermarket prices.

Was a nice quick stop before the lineups were silly. In and out with no issues. (Besides the people that can’t figure out one way aisles)

Seriously so bad at the moment, people not following distancing rules, walking the wrong way down isles, having two people bagging under six feet at the same time.not coming back here untill they get it under control

A decent grocery store with lots of unique options. It looks like many of the ethnic options are European foods. Staff are friendly, prices are a bit high but the quality is better then superstore.

Good place to shop if you are looking for something specific or they have a good sale on an item that you are needing.

My first experience was very good but it was difficult to take all the grocery items in bus, anyhow I managed and reached home happily.

Decent produce. No deli. Big box low cost grocer. Low cost means 2 cashier's at most, even if there's line ups of 10+ people.

Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable and organized up to date fresh produce I will recommend this service always to my friend s anytime keep up with the good work always

They had most of what I needed, they are always stock the only thing is they don't have lactose free stuff

Clean and organized, only one washroom, but it is gender neutral so that is good. Mostly Friendly staff. Cheap prices and good quality.

Wow.very clean.organized.easy to what i wanted.not bad pricing.everything was so clean.totally impressed.and carts are only a quarter.staff was very friendly and joyful.was a pleasant shopping trip all round.forgot to get icecream.

Horrible I slipped in there store and hurt my self the staff were laughing behind my back and the store hasn't contacted me since August to see how I am

It's great to have another moderately priced grocer, and 1 that price matches & gives rain cheques as well. The competition is great as it keeps prices lower at other grocers, (except Sobeys & Safeway of course). Their one big downfall though is the large amount of young staff they have, including supervisors, who just don't get what good customer service is. They continue to be unfriendly & rarely smile! That irks me, they should make us feel they're appreciative of our business. They would do well to learn these cues from their corporate company, Safeway n Sobeys. Most, (not all) millenials just don't understand the importance of providing friendly, accomodating service; scary!
