I didn't know how extensive and overwhelming it would be doing the paperwork for permanent residency and I feel without their help I would be lost very easily. They work explaining all the steps was very nice and easy to follow.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. First, I found that the consultation fee was ridiculously high for the amount of time and interest shown to understand our case. Secondly, I felt like she was not interested in doing business with us. I would say that showing a little more empathy, interest and understating could have earned my trust in her abilities. In the meeting I felt like my husband was equally knowledgeable, if not more despite of not being an immigration lawyer. The consultation was not helpful at all. However, I would say that her assistant was very responsive and replied back in a timely manner.

1. The first time was good, I got all my answers.

2. The second time was not great, there was a lot of miscommunication. I left the meeting with even more questions while feeling that it was a waste of money and nobody in the firm cares about what i feel. 3. The third time was the best, we got on the right foot, it was a full and complete transparency and mutual understanding. I left the meeting with a great sense of what I should do now about my quite complicated immigration situation. Great customer experience and most importantly a solid foundation of understanding that she cares about what was my opinion about her. I truly value that.

Where do I start? Having been in limbo with the PR process for such an extended period, I retained the Carolina and her team. When I tell you she helped me every step of the way, there was no point that I thought this would not end in my favour. My process was ALOT more complicated than it needed to be but Carolina had the tools, tenacity and understanding to the very end. Worth every dime.

Suffice to say I don't have the money or the time to play this game with a lawyer, no matter how poor the service is.

So, I'll just provide you with a direct sample of the work provided, what you see below is the Legal Letter of Explanation that I asked them to write.

""In December, 2016, at around 2pm, I was sit in the car of a co-worker. We were having lunch together. The car was parked in a parking lot. The police came and conducted a search. They found an unlabeled medicine without prescription in my lunchbox.

I explained the Police that the medicine was purchased by my grandmother, because I was without medical insurance at the moment. I have suffered from ADHD since the age of 5, and I have taken this medication since then.

The Police arrested me and took me to the Police station, where I was fingerprinted. I was released after I paid $500 bail.

I was charged with the offence of Attempt Possession of Analogue. I hired a lawyer, and his advice was to plead guilty which I did. On January 2,2017, the judgement was deferred to one-year probation until January 3,2018 under Section 333.7411 of the Controlled Substance Act of the State of Michigan.

I completed the one-year probation. My FBI Clearance Certificate shows that I have no criminal records. ""

When I brought the lack of quality to her aids attention, (I spoke to carolina less than 12 times over a year and a half, most of these are from one correspondence and only twice in person)
