Had our furnace break down yesterday called furnasman at 945 and within the hour we had Nikki diagnosing our furnace she determined it was the blower motor she was able to come back first thing this morning with repair part and our home warming up again!

Dave from Furnasman checked out our furnace yesterday. He was quite thorough and very willing to answer all of my questions without any indication of annoyance at being repeatedly approached (I would remember another question after leaving him to get back to his work). He allowed me to have a look at the various parts of the furnace as he inspected and cleaned them. He also discussed his findings and what they could mean. I was very happy and impressed with his work.

Furnaceman was probably the best call I ever made. Originally it was to see if they could repair my old boiler (22 years old give or take). They did everything they could do to keep it going (it was already leaking water, not lighting properly, etc.) But to no avail. It was time for a new boiler and I already knew that. I just had hoped I could get 1 more year out of it. So long story short, had to get a new one. Financed it through them. It was a 2 day install (my house is old and a lot of piping needed replacing as well as venting, etc. For code).
Their crew from the inspection of the old one to the salesperson, and the installation crew were all very professional and friendly. I've now got a new boiler system that works great for my house.
I wish I got everyone's names, but furnaceman does not just send one person, they send a team!
Shawn, James, Shane, Joe, and a special shout out to Brad who stayed until the very end to make sure my system worked! I know I'm missing quite a few names.their customer service people were fantastic.etc
So yeah if you want great service, great people and a company that takes your problems and finds solutions this is defo the one for you.

Shaun Collao is very knowledgeable, friendly and a Pro. He did really well on fixing my furnace. Jaiden, the rep that answered my call is also very nice and friendly. I would recommend Furnasman and will definitely use them again.
UPDATE: November 21,2023: Shaun came in again to do a tune up on my furnace, this gentleman do not fail to satisfy customers, he went far above and beyond my expectations, he is so respectful, very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Now my furnace works well and I do not have the problems with it anymore. I will always use Furnasman because they have guys like Shaun Collao.

Furnasman completed our annual furnace maintenance. Our technician, Kyle Silva, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and gave us some helpful tips!

The fan had gone out in gas fireplace, so it wasn’t pushing heat at all. Shaun came over and replaced it, the pilot light assembly that had given us issues in the past, and gave the fireplace a thorough cleaning. He took the time after to explain everything he had done.
Fantastic work with results that will make our winter much more enjoyable.

Eric was our service person. He went through every little detail to find the exact problem. He made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism has made it easy for any future repair decisions.

I had a very bad experience with Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning after I bought a AC unit from them. My general impression is that the company does not care about the customer once the unit was sold. They are not responsive to my inquiries. I called or left text messages to the customer rep who sold me the unit but it took very long time to get a response back. To my surprise they even don’t know what they sold to me, which makes me even worried about because if they don’t know what they sold to me how can they perform appropriate maintenance to my unit? Recently I called Furnasman again and the receptionist told me that they will contact me within 2 business days but almost two weeks I have not received any call back from the company.

Shaun C was amazing! He showed up promptly during our time frame, walked me through the entire process, and treated me with dignity and respect. I can’t thank him enough for getting our heat back on!

I recently had Furnasman install a new high efficiency gas furnace model EL296UHV, a new A/C model EL16XC1 and a new electric water heater model 10P10L. The installations were completed on a Monday with the contract signed on the previous Friday (very fast). I was pleased with the speed and professionalism of the service. The staff took ownership of any issues and resolved them the same day. Kevin, the sales representative was instrumental in explaining the pros and cons of the equipment and arranging the install. The price was very fair as I compared Furnasman's quote to others offering the same equipment. I would highly recommend using Furnasman for your HVAC needs.

The FurnaceMan technician Ryan, was very professional and completed a thorough inspection and cleaning in addition to providing a verbal and written update. Very happy with their work!
