Fusian Sushi

Came here and ordered the Shoyu Ramen and Avacado Roll. Have had their sushi before and it's always good. Like the soya sauce. My first time trying the Ramen here and it was delicious. The pork was tender, the eggs were done well, and the broth was perfect with the eight amount of salt complimented with the spring onion. Never had bamboo before, but was good. Had a nice bitterness to it. Good meal overall.

The sushi here was so fun and unique. I got their Deluxe Dynamite Roll and it was amazing - such a good little fusion of flavours, presentation was great, and the Japanese Lychee soda I had for a drink was delish. Highly recommend! It might be pricy, but the quality is worth it

What a unique Tuna Tar Tar! Sure it was delicious and expertly prepared but the star was the flavour of the Taro Nori side chips! Put them together and the dish is more unique than the many high-end spots that serve this.

And the Forks Market is a MUST visit where everyone can get what they want from kids to seniors, picky and adventurous eaters alike!

Highly recommend this spot.

The panko chicken rice bowl was fantastic! I feel that it could’ve used a little more sauce however, as it was a pretty dry dish. Luckily, it comes with a side of miso soup.

Great sushi for downtown hands down! I would not eat anywhere else! Great prices and the best rolls!

Came here for the first time today, and I had the chicken gyoza and an explosion roll. Both items were absolutely delicious. High quality and super tasty! Definitely recommended. No photos because I ate it all so quick and forgot to take photos

I don’t get why so many people are giving bad reviews. The food is delicious it’s little portions of food…The price is understandable because the ingredients cost money. The dishes are very high quality and has a great presentation.

The sushi is not good. I have been several times and it is consistently dry, falling apart, and generally disappointing.

Absolutely amazing the sushi tacos were so good I could have had double my seared tuna roll was equally as delicious.definitely will visit again

I waited 35 minutes for a simple bowl of Ramen. We only had a limited time to visit the Forks so this really was disappointing.

Not sure why the reviews are so low but I really enjoyed my Hawaiian shrimp poke. Really good, fresh, decent price, came with miso. (If their prices are steep on some items, it's because the forks is absolutely gouging every kiosk for rent, but I wouldn't know cuz Ive only had the poke!)

Super busy esp.on Friday night, luckily not wait too longthe sushi dishes are creative and fresh, seafood ramen is yummy too
