Fusion Credit Union

I normally like the bank, they're friendly and helpful. The problem is that they've switched their online banking which is actually 95% of my interaction with them and it's 100% garbage now. My financial life got much more difficult to keep track of. I do online banking every day and now I am getting frustrated daily about my finances. I used to sign in and see both my account balances which now takes 4 clicks to see and I can no longer view my entire months expenditures in one screen. It's terrible. I want to keep track of all my finances, not just the last 5 transactions I've made. Just because you display less numbers on the screen at once doesn't mean it's simpler, it makes it harder to keep track of. Their online experience has ruined how I see this bank, if it wasn't broke then why did you "fix" it?

I am a proud member of Fusion and can not say enough good things about them and what they do for their various communities. Management is second to none and they really care. I live full time now in Winnipeg but would never stop dealing with Fusion as they are better than any City financial institution.
