Went here with a group of friends based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Definitely a new favorite. In the past year our group has gone to Harth, Hermanos, Peasant Cookery as well as Deer and Almond. Out of all the places we all agreed, this was our favorite.
I was excited that they had duck on the menu which is a rare find and they didnt dissappoint with a large portion and tasty glaze. Additionally, they had a true top shelf bourbon in Rabit Hole which is also not common.
A shout out to our server who was excellent in everyway you could want a server to be.
We will definately be back.

One of winnipegs best options for dining out. Great place to go to try some of the fine foods Manitoba has to offer. The owner is usually there and is always friendly. Service is always great and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend trying this spot out

This is a gem of a restaurant in WPG. If you want the same old same old this is not the place. When you want fantastic better different; this is where you go for lunch or dinner.

Outstanding in all respects. I especially appreciate the emphasis on Manitoba produce and Canadian wines. Everyone in our party enthused about their meal.

Highly recommend this lovely restaurant. The service was exceptional. My daughter just turned 18 and wanted to try alcoholic drinks. She got special attention and her drink recipe was amended to be tasty and easygoing. Love the mushrooms, the prairie landscape paintings and everything.

One of my favorite restaurants in Winnipeg. Scott is fantastic and Raoul is a pro! Food is always amazing. Highly recommend Fusion!

Great food and service. Can't complain when it's all grass fed and organic. Wasn't the cheapest bill but you have to pay for quality sometimes

Edit- the achievements this place has also for the food and being local should speak for its self. Well after a lovely evening with lovely people and service the bison was amazing and the people where great as well. Will be going again in the near future as the price was also good. First time having mussles and wow superb.

Best restaurant within 10 minutes of the airport. The waiter was super nice and the food was fabulous. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for something that's not your standard chain restaurant.

Took my wife for a special bday dinner. Every request I made was taken care off. Food and service were excellent as always, this place always goes above and beyond.

Excellent, we hosted our staff Chistmas party here. The food was outstanding, everything was amazing. Scot the owner was great to deal with and really helped us set up a menu, with choices, that all complemented one another. The staff were friendly and very attentive. We had 26 guests and all raved about the food, service and comfort of the restaurant.

In my opinion, this is one of the best culinary experiences in the city. The food is second to none.

This is our regular stop for our monthly mother/daughter dinner and it never disappoints. New and interesting flavours. Rotating menu that changes enough that you can go monthly and never have the same thing twice but also has some yummy favourites. Definitely a fusion of different cultures and tastes.

Went there tonight for my birthday dinner and it was excellent. Food delicious! Service amazing! Vibe lovely. 10/10 recommend. One of the best Winnipeg has to offer!
