Great place with knowledgable staff. Our whole family, both young and old, have been very satisfied with the services offered here.

FYIDoctor is the best place to go if you would like to take care of your eyes. Especially I want to thank the staff in the contact lenses department as they provided fantastic service for my daughter. Five stars!

I enjoyed the experience (nice technicians) until the end of the exam, when Dr. Turner took me to a young lady to "discuss some options". She launched into the price of frames with thinned out lenses, from their least expensive limited selection to the most expensive options. I had to interrupt her sales pitch after a while because I just wanted a copy of my prescription and to pay for my exam so I could get to work. I get that they want to make sales in-house but the doctor or salesperson should just ask the person if they want to look at frames. It's a doctor's office.you should be able to just get an exam, pay and head out without a lengthy $250-500+ sales pitch you didn't ask for.

Saw one of the optometrist, Dr. Beaumont. Easy to talk to, took the time to explain options, and overall very knowledgeable and kind. The support staff were also kind and efficient. Recommend to any who are looking for eye care and management.

Michelle and Denise were excellent in helping my mom get fitted with the perfect fitting frame!

I have nothing but gratitude for this group of people. Been a patient for 33 years and have a couple of eye emergencies. One was today. I was seen in a very timely manner and knew I was in good hands. Luckily, all turned out great! I have referred many friends and colleagues to this office and they have been long time patients as well. Thanks so much once again!

Great experience. Dr Trent Turner is great at explaining what is going on. Eye appointment was very fast and efficient! I wanted to opt in for contacts. Had an hour consultation with (I believe her name is Angela… or maybe Jennifer) anyways she was amazing and so patient! Everyone is nice there!

I have been going to FYIdoctors in Brandon since 1995 (then it was Total Eye Care) when I was first needing glasses. Dr. Williamson has always been an efficient and effective doctor who explains the changing of my eyes and why we approach each change the way we do. He has always been a breath of fresh air and seems like an old friend at each visit.

This week, I had to make a trip in. Things have been harder than usual and I was not at my best. The caring, compassion and empathy from all the staff will resonate with me forever. Specifically Keesha (sp?), Courtney and of course, Dr. Williamson. I have no words. Thank you so very much.

Dr Turner blew me away with expectations of an optometrist, my wife had come in for an appointment and he went above and beyond. Given the circumstances he sent her to the ER and continued to followup throughout the day and evening past work hours. I'll forever be grateful and send anyone I know here. Dr Suski has also been amazing to me personally as well as Sarah who always gives me the best customer service possible

Had a full eye exam and every staff I encountered was prompt and so friendly. It was a quick process and I barley waited 5 minutes!
