Friendly staff always helpful and pleasant. Even when confronted with complaints remain calm, apologetic and reasonable. Happy with all my shopping here.

Gamestop used to be a go to for me but for the last few years the store has shifted to more of a collectible store then a video game store. I understand why they have been doing this but it does not appeal to me anymore and I find myself going less and less.

Great customer service but needs to work on refurbishing products had to return two faulty controllers yesterday but once again staff were kind helpful and understanding

I was spoken to by an employee about my previous review. I was informed that my assumptions were incorrect and my issues lie with head office and the wording around their console with game "sale" which is really only made clear online. The employee was just defending the company and their decisions for the sake of their job.

If you looking for games this is the place, remember with more digital content selections and quantities will suffer a bit but if you looking for toys, anime stuff, funko pops, and games, comics and anime related stuff come here you wont regret it.

My experience at EB Games was a was great we found everything that we were looking for a couple of other things that I found fascinating and as somebody who doesn't play video games I felt like I was being educated in a plate man

Pretty good selection and prices. It would be 5 stars but the one guy only seems to want to help his friends. Everyone else seems great though
