Went in to replace a right joycon for my switch and they gave me a left one. How am I supposed to rescue Zelda with two left controllers.

What is the point of having a store when they dont even carry what gamers need. I guess I'll just order it online from microsoft.

Got my pre order for Zelda tears of the kingdom. The pre order was fast easy and pick up didn't take long.

The staff here are amazing. I have never had a bad experience. Every employee has made me feel welcome, listened to and special. And Gamestop itself has great deals and service.

The service is okay but what they offer money wise for games is horrible and not the waste of time trading games
