Extreme rudeness by both the owner and the sole employee. They make you feel like it’s a crime to go into their business for insurance needs and even worse if, heaven forbid, you’re black and need to pick up your kids from daycare before entering the business. Witnessed the owner calling the cops on a black single mother for doing the same.
Disgraceful in 2023.

Agent in here does not know what shes doing. Clearly needs more training.
