Despite the ongoing MPI strike that has put added pressure on the auto insurance companies, the staff at Garriock were courteous, patient and highly professional. Everyone in the office came front and center to accommodate the relentless line of customers. Very impressive!

Worst/horrific experience I ever have anywhere. This autopac centre is just a waste of time. Wasted hours and had to visited multiple times to register my vehicle and they even can't enter bank details from void check correctly for that too again wasted hours on long phone calls with Banks and MPI. Go to this autopac at your on risk.

Helpful! They helped me fix a mistake made by MPI on my license with great care and patience. They just go through all steps carefully, make sure I understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, and double-check all information so my new license will look perfect. A big THANK YOU to them!
