Called last week to get my car in today. Was told to call when I was on my way. So I booked the day off work just to call and be told they don't work on the year of my car. If they would have told me that the first time I called I wouldn't have had to scramble to find a different shop. Will not ever take my other car here knowing how bad the customer service is

After waiting 21 days for a appointment to get a quote on some body work on my truck, they said they would email me.over a month later, no email, now I have a hail damage claim and I will be taking it somewhere else

I went to Gateway Autobody this past Monday morning to make a Direct Repair Claim for hail damage my vehicle incurred during last week's hail storm. When I walked in the lady behind the desk said to me "We don't do Direct Claim" and rudely told me that "we are waiting for direction from MPI". With the MGEU on strike what is a person to do? Why advertise that you are Direct Repair accredited when you are told "We don't do Direct Repair". Are you kidding me? You call this Customer Service! I won't be going back here even though it's in my neighborhood. And I will be sharing this negative experience with all of my friends and family. BRUTAL SERVICE!

Again I am so impressed with this company. They do amazing work and the way they give it back to you. Spotless wash and cleaned inside.
You do not get this kind of service from a dealership.

Very bad experience. First they told me that there is not gonna be any betterment fees and then when my vehicle is ready and I went to pickup my vehicle they charge me a betterment fees and told me to talk to an Mpi adjuster for that. And there is a big commucations gap between their mechanics and the representative. Very unprofessional.

I brought my car to Gateway to fix a back bumper that was damaged. The staff are very knowledgeable and made things easy! A lady named Natalie helped me with all the paperwork via email to shorten the time of being in the office. She handled the rental of the car as well. When I dropped off my car, it was pretty straight forward! I also talked to a painter named Kasey and he was also very knowledgeable when it comes to his line of work! They’re friendly and gets straight to business!
I would come here again for any work needing to be done to my vehicle!

They were very friendly and professional. They kept me updated on what was happening everyday with my car. They did a great job and would definitely go back if I ever needed to again!

They did awesome auto body work on my vehicle and the colour match of the paint was excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repairs after a collision. They replaced the back bumper and the back drivers side door as well as the front grill and front panel around lights and license plate.

I went to Gateway autobody for an MPI claim on my front end. Dealing with them has been a refreshing experience. It is good to know that there are still businesses out there, that care for their customers. I highly recommend doing business with Gateway autobody. Awesome!

Didn’t offer any apology or repair date going forward
Very shady experience making me feel as tho I was about to be a victim of fraud
I would advise not doing business with this shop
