Gaba is the best salesman, I had problem with my old car from different private dealer. When I shared my situation with him he gave me best advice and best deal on my dream car. I dealt with me as brother. Always cleared my doubt at first call. I am so happy to have the best deal. I would recommend him to everyone, even in future if we wanna buy a car in our family I will ask him.

I bought 2022 Bronco from Gaba, he was really helpful. I was so confused about everything, because I had bad experience before, but Gaba Helped me to find best car. Paperwork was easy and he was always available before and after selling the car.

Worst experience ever buying a new truck thru these liers!

I bought a truck thru Graig littlepig. He committed fraud. Graig and I agreed on a price and intrest rate on a new 2021 ram 1500 classic. I didnt check the papiers when I signed. He came in said sign here, here and then he left. The intrest was sposta be 3.9, Craig put 6.7 per cent. The payment was sposta be 348 every 2 weeks, he put 385. The truck was sposta have 80 km, it had 1.200. Craig said it was brand new truck, they put used on the bill.of sale. Dont trust these guys. There all liers.

Be aware of altered calculations for leased vehicle, check the price and terms on extended warranty, ask questions and record their answers. COMPARE the answers you get from salesperson to the answers from the financing department. They are NOT working for your interest. Check thoroughly all the documentation you are signing.

Choosing Gauthier was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. They are a company that stands by their product, and the employees are second to none. I have never in my life been so comfortable purchasing a vehicle. I felt important, which rarely happens as a customer in this day and age. If you want to be treated with respect and fairness, you should choose Gauthier as well. I can confidently say that I would never consider going anywhere else after my experience with Gauthier. Do yourself a favour and purchase your next vehicle here!

Will be purchasing from here in the future. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle, and even though i have not purchased yet (waiting to get through school) Tyson helped educate me on every step of the purchase process and i couldn’t feel more ready to buy my first set of wheels!

Cant speak on the sales side of things, but the service department is exceptional. From the appointment coordinator, service advisors, the techs to the shuttle driver. Professional and prompt, much better choice then the other closest Chrysler Store.

Wife went to dodge to get her tires switched over for the year and they are telling her that every single wheel stud and lug nut are swollen and have to be replaced yet they can't and won't show proof of it. They are liars and ripoff artists.

Husband bought a brand new Wrangler 4xe today and the Ryan and Drew went above and beyond to help us get this Jeep. Messaged Friday night, and we had the Jeep in our possession by Saturday at 1: 30. Amazing dealership, great people, 100% recommend.

I took a quick look at some Dodge cars. I didn't think they look that nice. Also it seems like this dealership likes to take there cars and clog up the co-op car wash line. A dealership should have their own car wash.

Dropped into this place on the fly just random hunch and the sales lady Yolande was right there ready to help and listen, she took care of my needs fast, friendly and helped me get into a bran new Jeep Cherokee asap, I’ve had bad experiences with most dealerships in Winnipeg but I got nothing but good things to say about this place here.

Just took possession of my new Ram 1500 and just wanted to say my experience with the sales (Ryan) and financing staff (Mike) was efficient, easy and transparent. All of my questions were answered knowledgeably and I plan on returning for future purchases and service work.

Would not recommend this car dealer. Bought a 2017 jeep compass here and it was my first car. Thought they set me up for a 5 year term which woul end up this year for they dont recommend a longer one but turns out it was a lie and set me up for 8 years. Lesson learned that buying cars here can screw you up. They don't indicate the terms on your agreement so beware. Hope to someone who will read this wont end up the same as me.

I purchased a used 2017 ram outdoors man along with a 3000 extended warranty in may of 2021. I had my ac recharged and was told to send an email with a pic of the invoice of the ac Freon charge for reimbursement. It is now March 22/ 2022 and nobody will answer or reply to my calls.
I was told more than once the small amount that was less than 300 for recharge was sent to accounting. No check no answer. More disappointed in the lies I have been told. Than the money in fact.

Great service while buying but once you sign that paper they forget you and everything they told. I ordered a truck was told it had premium stereo and steering wheel audio co trols has neither. They payments are higher then agreed to. And now they just ignore me or pretend they are trying to look into it they been looking into it since November. Also whe I ordered it they said it would ship in a few days few days later I was told by Craig it had shipped and was almost half way here. But really was still there never left tell the next week. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Hello everyone, just wanted to share my experience with the RAM I bought from Gauthier Chrysler its been 2 years since I bought this vehicle from them. As I didn't drive my truck in 2021 winter. Firstly, this is the first winter drove my and found out that this air suspension doesn't work in Winnipeg Winter. Sales person didn't even mention that this truck have air suspension and it doesn't work in Winter (I know I should've done my research but I trusted sales lerson to honest). And Secondly, back up camera and tail gate is not original. It was not the report and they didn't even tell me. And I thought may be tail gates are just heavy. Coincidentally I meet the first owner at the car wash and he told me that tail gate and back up camera are not original and this truck have air suspension problem that's the reason he sold/return it to dealership.

My recommendation for anyone who is planning to buy any vehicle from Gauthier Chrysler don't trust them, do your research and ask as many questions about the vehicle as you can. Or best option would be to buy from someone who is trust worthy.

These guys are a rip off I took my car there and the market is supposed to be really high for cars right now and and last month the auction offered 6000 for my car and these guys are offering $4000 they are a big rip off don't even waste your time

Looked after what I asked them for to get my Ram2500 going. Didn't try to up-sell me with something it doesn't need.

Lied on the loan application to the bank about my income to try and get me approved for something I couldn't afford. Then charged me an extra $10,000 in assorted fees that I was not told about and also instead of giving me credit for my trade in they charged me $20,000 essentially taking my car for free and making me pay extra for it.

Great experience first time coming for service, have a Ram truck that I bought used from another dealership.

I purchased new tires for my truck from LSL tire that I suspected were defective. I searched service locations that had a road force elite balancer and Gauthier was listed so I chose to come here, as well as I figured I could get two recalls taken care of at the same time. I explained the issue with the tires I was having and asked them to road force balance them. Before returning to LSL with suspected faulty tires I wanted to do my full due diligence to 1) try to make these tires work by using the best type of balancer available 2) confirm it is the tires and not any other issue with the truck causing the vibrations.

The recall work was done but I was informed they were unable to road force balance the tires and recommended I get new tires, thus confirming my suspicion that the tires were the culprit. They did not charge me for the road force balance as they were unable to do it properly, I was expecting to be charged for this.

I found their pricing and service fair and felt well taken care of. Will return for future repairs I do not do myself.

My Canadian friend advised me to go on this dealer because they will treat you right, so I called them to replace a broken part of my car, my apptment was 3pm but I came at 2: 50pm, and the service advisor told me that the repair will take an hour and a half, it's pandemic I thought it's not allowed to stay in the waiting area and nobody also informed me that I can wait inside, I waited outside under the sun but I decided to find a place where i can be comfortable while waiting, the shop will close at 4: 30pm so I went back at 4: 15, directly went and spoke to them only to find out they did not do the repair because it needs another part which they don't have and they already ordered it and will take 5 days to arrive but the next day they called me to go back to do the repair. I have waited and wasted my time for nothing they even don't have the courtesy to call me when they found out that they can't do the repair. I am not coming back to them anymore. I guess my canadian friend was right they will treat you right if you are Canadian, I am sorry because I am not naturally born canadian. They don't deserve even one star for this review.

I received top notch service in purchasing my Jeep SRT from this location I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go see Ryan in the sales department you won't regret it!

Dropped my 2020 Ram Classic on March 1st for a simple installation, upon arrival was told it would take 2 hours and when I mentioned I was quoted a part cost and installation flat rate and produced quote when asked; had everything said and done within the hour and billed according to quote which was appreciated. However it is further proof of trying to take advantage of customers. In the end they still did a great job

Craig Littlepage knocked it out of the park. I never even went into the dealership or met the man. We did everything over the phone. It was a little nerve racking at first because I live in an entirely different province but he worked with me to secure a new vehicle. Every thing legitimate, in my budget, on my own, with less than fair credit. I got everything I was looking for and more. Out of province inspection handled, small window chip repaired covered. Satisfied customer. Will return and will recommend.

Wow. All I can say was coming from a dealership on main Street.and being treated horrible. After talking to Ryan. He knew what I wanted and worked with me at finding a truck for me.not only did they have a friendly and
comfortable atmosphere they Found the right truck cheaper and gave me more then the other place for my trade in. Ryan even gave me the use of his truck while they where swapping out my new tires on to the new truck.highly recommend them

Excellent Impression! Many thanks to Jonathon and his supervisor at the Service Dept. They went above and beyond to research and answer a maintenance question I had when a certain Dodge dealership on west Portage couldn't be bothered. I now have a pretty good notion as to who I will turn to in the future should I need service!

TERRIBLE SERVICE: Annie our advisor was kind enough to keep us waiting in our vehicle for 20 minutes untill I just addressed her my self and I told her as well as the manager our engine light is on and the vehicle's transmission is slipping an the gears are changing roughly so they did the diagnostic for $99.95 and confirmed that there was some mud and water in the oil pump and there is nothing wrong with our transmission and we are safe to continue our drive back home to Toronto Ontario, now we are on the side of the hwy awaiting the tow trucks arrival to tow us to nearest jeep dealership because our engine light is on and our transmission has failed us. DO NOT GO HERE

Il tell you now, this 4 stars is directed at one person only, 1 star left = 1 star rating for the rest of the staff we dealt with. On to the positive Jim McMillan is a man who goes above and beyond. He was able to execute immediate solutions to any problem we had and its a shame the others don't follow his lead. If your going to go to this dealership, try to deal with him or atleast have him assist you in some way. Pleasure to be around.

Jon helped me out in service, he was friendly and got the vehicle done in a timely manner. I will return to the dealership again.

Brought my car in to the collision center to get an estimate on a repair and overhead a manager speaking very rudely to another staff member not sure who it was but he was white, partially bald, and plus sized. I left not long after and won't be back.

I brought my ram in for service. It was not disinfected a they said it would. I asked for them to find out why my ac wasn’t working, also why my latch wasn’t working in the back. They didn’t check anything and told me my warranty was up on my new truck. They told me I had 5 years when I bought it brand new. They lied. Turns out it’s 3 years and they just want you out the door. Guess I’ll have to fix it elsewhere. Never buying from them again

Be weary when giving your information to or dealing with them. Apparently I gave them my S. I. N and they ran my credit without my consent. They will manipulate, convince, and try to confuse you when you call them out. I’m still waiting for the “proof” of where I signed the paper. Somehow I was listed as a “teacher” on the application, just utterly bullsh! T on how they attempted to get commission out of me. I highly doubt this issue will be resolved as I just uncovered lies and false information. If you’re dumb enough to do business with these clowns go right ahead as they will take you on a roller coaster ride.

Brutal communication internally and externally. Staff contacting me were missing key pieces of information, I eluded to poor internal communication, and he agreed.
A few weeks removed, still dealing with this dealership, phoned to speak with a manager, left a message.
I never heard from this manager to discuss the issue, or apologies for the inconveniences. I know he received my message as the staff contacted me shortly after saying he contacted them to kick start the process.
Come on guys, gotta try harder. Or even a little.

These guys have the best price and service if youre shopping for winter tires and FREE storage! Other shops will charge $120-$200 per year to store your tires, but this was one of the only shops that offered their customers complimentary storage. I am a Honda owner but Honda could not compete at all with what Jeep was offering for even better quality tires, highly recommend this shop to purchase and store your winter tires.

Dishonest.
Make sure you get your Papers once you done the deal with them. If you don’t get the copy of papers at the time you made the deal then get ready to get surprises on the day of delivery. Sales manger was very rude and unprofessional.

Don't waste your time. I've brought my jeep there over 10 times for the same issue plus I found a nail in my tire any they didnt fix it after I asked them to fix my tire a few times. I even talked to chris the manager and he didnt want to help me out.

Recently purchased a brand new Laramie from Gauthier Chrysler, It was the best purchase Ive made. My salesman was Nick, he was fast, understanding, and got me exactly what I wanted but better, I will definitely be sending my friends and family to him.

I'll start off by saying my wife and I have dealt with many dealerships and this dealership is a poor example of what a car sales experience should be. They had a pre-owned listed with no price. So I called for a price and made myself very clear, I was only paying a maximum X amount and was not interested otherwise. They said to come in and we could negotiate, so we came down.

The salesperson had double booked us, left us standing. We are an older couple and there is no place to sit other than at the salesperson's desks. They did not offer us any coffee or drinks of any kind while we stood around for half an hour. When we finally got to the desk, the only thing the salesperson was interested in, was trying to make us sign things, take our information, lock us down with multiple contracts. There was even paperwork, for them to walk 20 feet to the manager's desk with an offer. We made it quite clear we would not sign anything without verbally negotiating a price first. They seemed insulted and put off that we would not lockdown for a $700 paperwork fee, before verbally agreeing to anything. They then produced a price, thousands more than my maximum X amount discussed. We walked, went elsewhere without any issues like this place. They then later listed the price on their ad, with the SAME PRICE they offered us, for someone else to negotiate it lower. Absolutely greasy.

Nice to see a new yellow dodge, with dealership plates, traveling at 100km/h through a construction zone that was posted 40km/h on highway 16, west of Saskatoon this morning @7: 30am!

Went in today for a no appt oil change, service was fast and friendly. I would go back to dealership.

Just purchased an used Audi Q7 from Gauthier recently. The Q7 had a minor fault that caused the check engine light on. They handled it very professionally and asked me take the vehicle to import mechanics shop.so I took my car to Audi Winnipeg to got that issue resolved. Gauthier has very good after sale service, I would buy cars from them again and again. And I would like to say thank you to Chuck Mccorry, he is the best sales person I have known so far. He is professional, great before & after sales customer service. Ask for Chuck if you need a car from Gauthier.

Great customer service. I got my Jeep from here. All the sales people are really personable and they made sure I got what I wanted. I have also had a few claims and I only take my vehicle to their body shop to get fixed. The first time the damage to the vehicle was so bad so it took longer in the shop than I had anticipated. I was honestly frustrated but then the manager Frank was really so nice and patient with me, him and his team later on explained to me why there was a delay and it was out of their control. I have never taken my vehicle else where because I completely trust both the service department with my vehicle and the body shop. The body shop also cleans my vehicle after they are done working on it.which is really awesome. My experience at this place has been so positive.and I thank the body shop team for being very professional and patient with me. Highly recommend.
