Very disappointed we went in staff was wonderful and helpful. We spent over $500.00 and need sleeves altered as they were too long and had to pay $20.00 not impressed

Helpful and friendly staff, best place to find plus size clothes that other stores won't carry.

In and out quickly. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came in for one shirt and left with 2 brand new suites. 1 try without even measuring the saleswoman got both suite sizes correct.

It's ok. Best place there is for tshirts if you belong in the plus size category. Some nice hoodies there too. Expensive so I always wait for things to go on sale then stock up on a bunch. They run out of things though. It's like all the other plus size people buy too many clothes or something. It makes me sad

I’m a regular customer there and have spent $800 just in this past month. This evening I was treated extremely poorly by an employee, (tall red head/blonde man with long curly hair) for looking at a folded shirt on the table that I didn’t even unfold. He became highly unprofessional and said, “I’ll have to redo this again because you messed them up! ” My partner responded and said there was no mess made at all. His face was beat red and he continued to shake his head in frustration, visibly making his coworker that was serving us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for his behaviour. Moreover, making us as good customers who are spending money in this store feel unwelcome. This is not the way any customers should be treated!

Robert helped us and we couldn't have been more pleased with his outstanding customer service. Thank you again!

Order online over a week ago and still no package, they claimed it is UPS error, had I known I would use amazon, never with George again

Extremely poor experience while shopping here for my boyfriend. A particular employee was very short with us and rude for having tried on 6 different items of clothing and not finding something that suited my boyfriend. He treated us like we were a neasaunce our whole visit and made several rude remarks, which resulted in us leaving the store. This location has lost us as customers because of this one employee.

The staff was attentive and understood what we were looking for. The down side was that sizing in stock seemed limited. Change rooms were open so could check everything out.

Went there today and I had the worst experience with the rudest employer ever. Not going back to that store ever again.

Went in looking for a dress shirt for wider necks. They had me fitted and found another 2 shirts on sale to make sure I had a great fit, great look and a great price. Forget Amazon! In and out in 25 minutes, including fitting.

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff is super helpful and friendly. They have a great selection too

Great service by a young woman who helped get some nice summer clothes for my 90 year old brother-in-law. She didn't rush us or push us to buy something we didn't want, was helpful when we needed it. Great quality in their clothes and they had a nice 50% off sale:)

Great shopping if your a bigger man and like a modern look and quality, sales are great especially!

Clothes look nice but shirt sizes are significantly tighter than equivalents from Destination XL in the states (which we sadly can’t visit now - hence my visit to your store) 3XL there = 5XL here with no 6X or larger to be found except that one long sleeve shirt with the breast pocket in puke mauve - yuck. Shirt lengths are way too short for the fat man (unless you like seeing my belly hang out). 50% off the inflated pricing doesn’t do it for me either I’m afraid. I guess I will try again next year, please do better!

Great place to shop if you need the oversized clothes, Best time to shop is when they have sales. Also sign up as a preferred customer and get an extra 10, % off

I recently purchased a suit, left it at the store (at the salesman's suggestion) as I was going to come in when the tailor was there. Decided that it was overpriced, so I when I went back, it was for a refund.

The salesman who was working was all friendly and smiles until I said I was there for a refund. Man, he became so cold that you can see your breath. This guy even doubted that they had the suit in their possession.
He said it loud enough to the cashier that I could hear him. Call me a liar already. He even had the audacity to check it over for any alterations right in front of me (with a few more whispered comments to the cashier). Never mind that I already said that it NEEDED to have alterations done - NOTHING was done at this point. He is rude and unprofessional.

After this experience, I HIGHLY doubt that I will ever bother returning. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I will say that the woman at the till remained polite, friendly and professional.

I wish I got his name but the gentleman that helped me was very nice and made me laugh and fitted me perfectly. Will go back!

Just bought some 3x gloves there and the manager Trish treated me with respect and was very easy to deal with.
Can't can't say the scene for the two rude dudes.

Great place to buy clothes for the "bigger" gentleman. If you require assistance, make sure you speak to Miles. No pressure. Only facts and advice.

Always find good buys. Staff is super friendly and eager to help you find what you want. Highly recommend going here to find all you big and tall clothing.

Big thank you to Brett today! Ive been in a couple of other mens clothing stores where I felt very awkward and uneasy talking to the sales person there. Brett made this experience very pleasent! He even went as far as checking in the back for shirts that were my dads size and on sale. I left feeling great that i got this birthday shopping done with excellent customer service from Brett! Thanks man, you keep doing you:)

Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Can be very pricey but you can get great deals at end of season clearance and double VIP events. Sign up for their VIP.
I have found that although their pricing is a bit more than other big and tall stores, quality is alot better.
