First time coming here today and their burgers are awesome! They upgraded our combo’s regular fries to a giant size poutine for free as well! They even have ice cream! Definitely will be back soon!

Skip driver forgot our salad and they called to let us know ahead of time. The driver refused to.go back jut the store gave us a gift certificate and still made us the sald when we picked it up. Always great consistent food and they are the sweetest friendliest people

Ate here with the whole family twice now -and both times were very good, great service too. Staff were so friendly, lady who took our order this weekend even mentioned how it was nice to see us dine in. Burgers were so fresh, super hot. We all liked how the burgers were nicely seared like a good crisp on the patty, buns were super fresh, great fresh fries. Just really good overall and we’ll be back.

I order a couple times a month through delivery and today was the best it's ever been. The buns for the burgers are fresh and to die for and the fries perfectly crispy. Definitely recommend!

Great restaurant, large portions. You will not leave hungry! Owner is super friendly, as are all the staff. Consistently one of the best burger spots in the city.

I ordered a couple of gyro and combo fries through Skip. The gyros from here are one of the better ones in the city. Fresh pita, lots of meat and toppings and delicious tzatziki sauce. It was also a decent size. The combo fries that we got were delicious! Crispy, nice seasoning and one order filled a whole dinner plate. Great meal and great portion, I’ll be ordering from here again!

I had the double cheeseburger with bacon and it was amazing. Customer service was very friendly as well. Will come back again for sure.

Placed an order through skip, must say it was one of the best orders I’ve had in a while. Followed instruction and special requests with no issue, food tasted awesome and was still nice and warm when it was delivered. And the large fries, says it serves 3-5 people - they weren’t lying! Thumbs up George’s.

We love the food here, wife and I split an order of chicken fingers and poutine. Tasted great, except had to go to McDonald's for a burger. Seems like the orders just weren't worth what we payed. 4fingers and just over 1/2 a container of poutine. Will try once more later.

It was good and everything, but through out the visit I witnessed them deny an indigenous person the bathroom under the pretext that they’re bathrooms were out of order due to plumbing issues, only to let a white woman in the instant she asked for the bathroom, I know this isn’t a food related issue but I can’t support what I saw.

Food was ok, like the option of pre-ordering and paying at checkout at time of pick up. Have ordered a few times before and it seems to be hit and miss with quality, taste, and portion size. But averages out to decent based on what your paying

My husband and I ordered the fatboy burger with fries and they were pretty good! We chose the small fries, but the size was bigger than what we expected and we loved it lol Definitely a good price, tasty food and great size! Recommended!

Onion rings were fantastic and burgers were juicy alittle more spice or good sauce will make them perfect. Overall good size portions

Spent $40 there today on nasty food that my dog wouldnt even eat owners of this place should be ashamed of them selfs

We ordered 2 burgers and poutines this week, not only was there no cheese on the poutine, the burgers had onions which we specifically said we didn't want,

I have been here 3 times now and every time I walk out full! Absolutely delicious burgers, incredible gravy on the crispy fries and the staff are friendly.

Its a georges, huge fatboy style burgers and more fries than you can eat. Perfect for kids who love fries, a large order can easily be split up. Food is hot, tasty and freshly made.

Heard good things about George's, and seen quite a few good reviews, but I unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and the food was prepared quickly. The meal we had tho, was not as good. The fries weren't cooked long enough and were swimming in gravy and the $13 subs had little meat or veggies for that matter, mostly bread (bread was nice and fresh tasting tho). Not sure why priced so high for so little

Since moving into our new house this year it has been tough on many a night for me and my wife to cook. Dealing with working a full day and coming home to renovate at home, while still trying to settle in.
Georges Restaurant has been a godsend!
Great food, amazing prices, and a kind and courteous staff, who go above and beyond.
All in all, a one billion percent chance I'll be eating here till I'm forced to stop.

This is my favorite place to go with my husband. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They even offer a lettuce wrap for burgers and sandwiches, so I can enjoy the food without worrying about my gluten intolerance.

We really wanted to like this place. We ordered a couple of burgers and their bun was tasteless and so dry. The patty itself is also below average.

Traditional George burgers are great but I went for their sub sandwich and boy was it delicious

AWESOME GIROS AND AWESOME POUTINE! Stop here or make a detour here when travelling across Canada - we did and we were glad we did! George's definitely deserves their 4.8 rating. Keep it up and dont change a thing. We will be back:)

Ordered poutines, the gravy tasted so old, they must've been using leftover gravys from last nights, I can tell because I work in a restaurant. Follow safety food guidelines, if used for the day, throw it out. Gravys made from powder are to be used a day and not to be reused on the following. Disgusting!

Omg this was the best sub I have ever eaten. The poutine was so good lots of cheese and even more gravy like wow this is the new spot. The people working here so polite and friendly.

We ordered earlier this week for a family of five. The burgers were phenomenal and the sides were out of this world. Freshly made, full of flavour, and simply delicious. I am so glad that George's Burgers opened up this new store in such a convenient location. The customer service was excellent too. We will be back for more in no time. Someone needs to teach there cooks what a burger looks like. Absolutely terrible. The bun was twice the size of the patty which was a tiny very thin slab of beef. A wack ton of mayo and if i was lucky a tiny spoonfull of chili. And if those portions werent bad enough they dumped a bucket of shredded lettuce on it. Basically a lettuce burger with a beef patty added on. A 2 dollar mcdonalds burger would be bigger and better then these burgers. Never will order from here again

I discovered this place while I was up here working. The fat boy burger combo is fantastic. Burger is huge, lots of fries, fresh ingredients and great value. I will be visiting this place again every time I'm back in town.

My excitement of this place vanished quickly after visiting location at lunch.

I love Georges but this one is DEFINITELY the worst of the bunch. Nothing special about this place at all. Doesn't compare to other locations

Food was really tasty - slight mix up with the order but the company fixed that immediately and brought to our location which was unexpected. What a great example of customer service - above and beyond what I would have expected. Definitely will be going again!

Me and my family had the burgers for dinner the other day. We all had a great meal. Burgers were really big (in a good way). The patty had good seasoning, the sauces were tasteful and the bun had a great lightness to it. Unfortunately no photos as we were too hungry. Sorry. We also shared a couple milk shakes which were what you'd expect for a good milk shake. No surprises.

Food was amazing. Big portions for reasonable prices and tastes so good. We ordered our meal for take-out but when we got home we realized that we didn't get our drinks. The manager/owner actually got in his car and brought them to us. Great food, great service.

Hi there, I treated myself to a double chees dog today. Called in my order due to Covid and it was ready for me as ordered. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotdog was very tasty with one minor hicup. I have never been a fan of the 'Greek Style" chili mom and pop burger joints in Winnipeg make. I find them normally to have a clove/allspice kind of hint that just doesn't agree with me. I usually ask the staff to hold the chili but forgot to this time.that's on me. The double hotdog is a great lunch for under $10.00
