This is a pretty good store for saving money on groceries, clothing, and dry goods. Their sales make it even more fun to shop. On a budget? Stop in at Giant Tiger!

The customer service in the store is not professional, even when I tried to call the customer service to complain they didn’t answer.

It is always a delight to shop at Giant Tiger. Apart from the reasonable and affordable prices of their products, the store is always stocked with all the essential materials for each season. I was there today again to get my thermal wear. And I was not disappointed. Thumbs up to Giant Tiger.

It has almost everything. I personally like the clothing section but they do need to restock some sold out items.

You find almost everything in there for a very cheap price, one of the few real Canadian stores left. Deals are always on in here. Good prices, quality is ok, good variety of food.

One of the only places I could find with XXXL clothing and jackets. Shirts are comfortable and fairly thin, well ventilated. Cheese is a good price.

Small aisles and cashier charged me extra and didn't catch it i had to go to courtesy to get it corrected. Very crowded store with product

Store had what I needed, but the cashier was just ignorant. Didn't even acknowledge me. Just scanned my items hit her keyboard and then crossed her arms and I looked at her and was like I was gunna to pay cash and she let out a sigh and I was already unimpressed at that point so I paid with my debit and she didn't even hand me my bag from behind the glass she had turned her back and started rummaging through some papers.

Giant Tiger has been handling the pandemic well. It’s too bad some of the customers can’t follow the protocol, but that’s not their fault.

Was just refused entry because I had "outside food or drink". #1) I can't drink my coffee with a mask on, but I'm not throwing it away to come in and buy one item. #2) does this policy in this situation help the store any? Nope. No one would have minded me walking thru with a coffee in hand. Result. I made my purchase elsewhere, and since GT is not close, I will never bother to walk there again. Easy way to burn my business.

Pros: Great staff, good selection and quality of products, good location.
Cons: The building is too small which makes organization a problem and makes it feel cramped. Bathrooms could also use some TLC.

Not the greatest Customer service received, wanted to test a fan after I had to return one and was not allowed. Was sent out by my elder parents to do so and they couldn't even help find it as the person who look after it "was not there. " Glad I did not live out of town.

Miss shopping during the day when the more professional workers work.

Friendly staff.covid makes everything tough. Was not impressed by online orders, as most of mine was cancelled.however, that issue is to do with headquarters and shipping Department, not this particular store. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here if I were you, plus it's a Canadian chain.

Lock down has items I need to get unavailable to me. Its not giant tigers fault. But I do blame the government from restricting vital things I need to live with out I the country

Always full of rude native girls. They say rude stuff to you for no reason or just act really disrespectful. The store itself is OK.

I must say there sales are fantastic.clean and easy to move around.staff always happy and happy.

Very helpful staff. And prices are so cheap compared to other groc store. I m really impressed.

Since the pandemic started employees have been rude to individuals who require a second person to accompany them for whatever reason, whether that be personal reason or health reasons. They claim store policy but can't be bothered to post it on the wall as you enter or tell the staff wiping down the hand sanitizing machines to remind everyone of said policy. I'm definitely never coming back to this place unless my life depended on it.

For a discount store u can get some good deals & get food items as well. But it can be buyer beware on some items especially on clothing cheaper isn't always better

My mother went for a purchase order six times and she was told it was not in. I decided to come to the store 5 minutes after she was told they did not have any under her name. I gave her name and they found it right away, their excuse was that, they did not undestand her accent and the english speaking child that was with her. My mother has no problems pronouncing her own name.

Nice calm place, a place for agoraphobic. Not your Wal-mart or Superstore, A peaceful place. Where grocery shopping is actually chill.

The amount of products they have at good prices is wonderful. There is a great variety of plus size ladies clothes and children's clothing. Along with a great grocery department it makes for a good shop.

Employees are friendly and helpful. It is REALLY easy to locate what you're shopping for here. Lots of deals on the constant. I should shop here more often.

Lots of stuff and lots of things are priced better there to get food and supplies then most of your bigger stores
