I usually go here to refill my water. It's always clean, calm, and staff are always friendly.

The policy at the dressing rooms is awful. Been standing here ringing the bell for 15 mins watching little old ladies give up and leave because no one is coming. I understand being short staffed but if that’s the case open your damn dressing rooms. I’m sure none of these poor little old ladies with trouble walking are trying to shop lift.

Some stock not in, like blueberries in stock, but still a very good place to shop! A manager was able to confront some folks yelling in the store.well done!

The cashier was very rude there was no line it was very slow there was no cause for her action. I will think twice before I go back there

Well as I always being racialized is one big problem I face when I go to retail store even when I work in a retail store. But the sales floor associate was nice to me but not the cashier.

Great staff they make it fun at the register I love going into the store chit chatting while my groceries are being run through I usually walk out with a smile if not laughing

We don't think about going to GT Boutique very often but whenever we do drop in we are always impressed by the selection and quality of their clothing and shoes. For the same or better quality it can be 1/3 to 1/2 the price in a mall. Selection is more limited but if you find something you like you know it will last as long as that mall pair for a much better price. They also have a pretty big grocery section which carries a lot of name brands at good prices.

I went there to pick up pop for my social the price on the shelf was 1.97 for coke and pepsi products. So we loaded up 2 shopping carts full and went to checkout. At the till they went to put through the pops and they all came up as 2.29 so i let the cashier know that they were priced wrong so they did i price check and i was right shelf price was 1.97. So they needed to fix the price this was fine the lady at the register started to do this which was a lengthy process 45 minutes to be exact as every bottle had to be scanned in and adjusted manually and we had 110 bottles of pop. During this process i asked if they follow the scanners code of practice the new lady at the till said that they did not. I then called her attention to the posting that they have stating they do. The manager then came over her name was Shirley from the moment she arrived at the till the mood went from happy to tense. Her first comment was to us was not an appology but a snarky comment on wether or not the price was even wrong i went to say what happened and she snapped at me saying she wasnt asking me anything she was speaking to her employee. The shop boy then told her the price was actually wrong on the shelf. She then start to get upset with us like we did something wrong and told me she could only give us $10 off i went to ask for clarification on why and how and instead of giving me a reasonable answer Shirley the manager started yo yell at the new girl to hurry up and just get us out of there cause she was sick of dealing with us. Over all everything was great how it went other than the manager i would have to say that i would never return to this location due to her and the way she treats both staff and customers shame on you Shirley.

Their flyer ran out the day I was there and done of the items in the flyer were not on the shelves. I did find one item and I bought it.

I like going to this location as it's simple to get to. Store always seems clutter free and staff is friendly (that I've dealt with)

Around 7pm tonight, there’s like 10 merchandisers stocking the store but one cashier and a massive long line. I understand that people go on breaks, but the 10 merchandisers or people in other departments aren’t train to jump on a cash register and help the lines during long line ups? Doesn’t seem like they truly care about customer service. Like this wasn’t the first time the lineup was so long in the evening time. I honestly rather pay the extra 10cents and go to Shoppers Drug Mart across the street or the Walmart that’s not too far away because I know they care about customer service.
