I was very worried about Rocky and when I phoned they got me in right away. You just feel so helpless when your pet is sick and they put me at ease right away

Whenever we need our puppies looked after, Dr. Taylor and her staff always take care of all our concerns. Nail trims or emergency’s, they have been the best to deal with. Just look at those happy doggos!

Very caring over the phone and in person. Took my pup in last minute when he was sick and even got me in sooner when there was a cancellation. Explained everything clearly. I have nothing negative to say about my first time experience.

We were visiting for the weekend and concerned about our old dog. They fit us in and supported us. Super appreciative to find this gem of a clinic! Calm, thorough, informative, efficient and kind staff!

Have dealt with them for years. Busy place but they fit you in and are compassionate with your pets. Good people.

Got my dog neutered and they took great care of him as well as explaining thoroughly to me how I can give him the best care at home!

I am very satisfied with the services at Gimli Veterinary Services. Vet Dr. Ballard respectfully listened to my concerns and trusted my knowledge of dealing with senior pets. She offered good choices. I have dealt with several Wpg vets prior to this, and my total bill from Gimli Veterinary Services was a pleasant surprise. I am relieved that my next vet appointment will likely be affordable.

One of my cats had an emergency before, within the hour she was being looked at it was really great.today it appeared that my cat was having a very bad allergic reaction, i called and was immediately told to go to the bridgewater vet, hour and a half away! I was told there was one doctor doing booked surgeries for the next few weeks, assuming that means no emergencies can be taken in for the next few weeks.maybe this should be posted somewhere so people are aware if anything were to go wrong your clinic is not available.i understand you may be understaffed or fully booked some days, but this is weeks where no pets can be seen by anyone.

Had great experience with visit. Very professional and helpful. Dr Taylor was great with my dog for checkup and vaccinations.

Staff friendly and fees reasonable as well. Will always return when needed!

Absolutely Amazing! Lisa saved our furbaby Taffy. Thank goodness for the 24 hr emergency service this facility provides, our furbaby Taffy was severely injured and needed emergency help. Lisa came to our aid at 9: 30pm and did emergency surgery on Taffy and saved her life!

My dogs received the best care. I had to bring my pup in on the account of an "emergency". They made me feel like they were giving there absolute best care and full attention. For my scheduled visit, Dr Lisa was very tentative and took her time with each of my dogs as it was a double appointment, she didn't make me feel rushed at all! It was very affordable. I will definitely be recommending this facility to family and friends

We had the absolute best experience here with our cat Minty the other day. He loved the Vet, Lisa. She made him feel so comfortable and at ease! ️

We are from the states and needed a dog drug. We called ahead and were told no problem, have the prescription emailed to them. We did exactly that. We Drove an hour-from Gull Harbor- and upon arrival, were told they can't fill prescriptions from out of Province. WTH. I did specifically what the employee on the phone asked of me. And to top it off, they don't carry the drug I specifically asked for in my first phone call. Very poor communications on their behalf.

New to Gimli area, tried to get an assist from this Vet office for my puppers. Would have liked to move my forever Vet Support needs to local Vet.
Unfortunately, the Front Office did not offer support, only a condescending tone. Not very welcoming.

Very helpful staff. I’m in Gimli part time so this is where I choose to bring my kittens and it’s been really great. Appreciate the follow up calls and patience explaining everything to me.

Exceptional service. Would highly recommend. Excellent service with appointments and after hour emergencies. Yes, there has been waiting times, but with anything all you need patience. I didnt mind waiting as long as the service was provided. Caring and a positive attitude when you walk in the door. Thank you for all the wonderful attention and care that you have provided for our fur family over the years.

I love this clinic, The vets here are very loving and caring. The owner Dr. Lisa who also is a vet, I find is the best one.she goes way beyond her means to help you out.not to many vets like her around.the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few pets that I had to have pass on to the other side, Dr. Lisa and her staff were very understanding and let m e stay as long as I need. The office staff also if very friendly and helpful.

My poor pup had an unfortunate injury and Gimli Vet Services put all my worries at ease. They were professional from the initial phone call all the way to the time we walked out the door and gave my dog the proper assessment and treatment. (Who has totally recovered btw so thank you!)

Super friendly staff. Brought our puppies there for their shots and it was all done very well. An excellent clinic.

Everyone has been amazing with our pets and being open on weekends makes going to the vet very convenient for us working folks! 10/10 would recommend

From the moment I walked through the doors, in the amount of stress and concern I was in, everyone at Gimli Vet was so helpful, understanding, kind and concerned with doing what had to be done to look after my boy. I was a mess, but they were amazing! And Dr. Ballard, she was phenomenal! It's so refreshing to see an animal Doctor who genuinely cares for the animals well being! It's been 3 long weeks and they continue to monitor my boy to check on his condition and improvements. With this experience alone, I KNOW, without a shadow of a doubt that he is in good hands! Thank you to each and every one of you who, helped me get him through the doors, who helped carry him to the x-ray table, who sat with me when things didn't look so positive, and who continue to care for his well being! Your great work and kindness will be remembered always!

I’ve been using GimlI Vet for years now and always have a pleasant experience. They have been super accommodating to my health problem setter mix and always worked with me for last minute accommodation, information, etc. The staff are always pleasant and kind.

Honestly it was fantastic. I asked the vet to explain everything again and she did, she even wrote it all down. All in all awesome experience!
Gimli vet is amazing!

First time ever bringing my doggo Bentley here to the Gimli Veterinary. I was skeptical as I had been warned not to go there in previous years. Anyways I want to say that my experience from my visit on April 5th was pleasant and I feel my pupper Bentley was very well taken care of while in Thier care. I felt they took proper care and diligence with my pupper cleaning and cutting around her wounds. They even trimmed her nails for me! Thanks for the care taken with Bentley as well as quick last minute appointment for her!

First time seeing this vet and the treatment was awesome but they were way behind and I had to wait an extra hour that day. Not sure if it was a one time thing or if its a common occurrence but again the vet was great with my dog when he was eventually seen.

I had basically given up on vets because I was taken to the cleaners by two vets in the city. The people @ Gimli looked at my dog right away, charged be about 60 bucks for the exam, prescribed some pain killers and muscle relaxants for a sprained knee. They seem like very good people.

Once again Lisa and the team at Gimli Vet Services have come to my rescue. Fixed up my boy Trippz and had reverted to the rotten little pup he always was. Thank you all for making my boy whole again.

Nobody was willing to help me with my dog but Gimli Veterinary Services jumped at the opportunity and I have been more than happy to come here. They care. Thank you Gimli Vet!

Dr Taylor and her team were great with our puppy. They fit him in and saw us promptly when we arrived. Took X-rays and diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment. We were home with one jour and our puppy is now resting comfortably and hopefully on the mend.

Very great service. I drive from the city to Gimli Vet because they are so wonderful. Helpful, patient, friendly, and always happy to answer questions from myself, a new pet owner. They do a fantastic job!
