This jewelery capilizes on selling below market prices and the lack of quality really shows. To preface, I have 2 permanent bracelets done by Leah Alexandra, which have lasted me over 3 years. I decided to check this spot out only because it's close to home in comparison. I purchased the $168 box chain 14k gold bracelet, which broke after the first day. I went back to get this rewelded, which lasted me only one more month (broke 2 times in a span of 1 month). I reached out to the owner prior to writing this, hoping to have this resolved but did not receive a response. Very dissapointed and would recommend everyone who is looking for permanent jewelery to get this done at Leah Alexandra instead.

Please don't waste your money. I spent $100 on a gold permanent anklet it fell off within a week. I went back and they reattached it, and then not even a month later it fell off again. I again went back and they reattached it but this time when it fell off YET AGAIN it was gone for good and could not be found. $100 down the drain.severely disappointed. I got matching ones with my sister and hers also fell off within a month. They are not permanent I repeat they are not.they fall off easily and they are so small it's easy to lose.

You can only wear the jewelry 1-2 times before it goes bad. I bought 2 of these pieces when they would advertise as tarnish free jewelry and wore it a maximum of 4 times, turned orange and the gold came off, it’s silver on most parts now.

Great variety of jewelry and other items, professional staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking for trendy long lasting jewelry pieces! I have worn anklets in the shower all summer long and there has been no wear or tear at all! Obsessed

I got a permanent bracelet in August and I still have it. I am happy with it but it was $80 which is quite expensive. But when I went to the store a day before getting the bracelet, they told me they accept walk ins. The following day I went there and had to wait for more than 50 minutes to get a permanent bracelet that just takes 2-3 minutes. On asking, they told me that they are helping customers who had appointments. I even sat down on the seat in front of the lady who usually does permanent bracelet thing done, but the other lady asked me to get up and wait as there was another customer waiting who had an appointment who came at least 30 minutes after me which was very rude as I was waiting for 50 minutes too. I felt unwelcomed. I do not think I will ever return back to this store.

I had a really great experience, she helped us pick out our jewelry and made sure that we had the fit we wanted and overall made it a really fun experience.

Can count on two hands how many times i had to contact them prior to getting my anklet fixed.got it done one day; broke the next.got it repaired, broke when i got home.don’t waste your money/time and buy real jewellery

Beautiful jewelry and I loved that they do permanent jewelry! But I was taken back by the lack of customer service. I didn’t feel welcome and had to go up and ask questions rather than feeling like I was approached. That felt a bit intimidating and I didn’t feel like I was wanted in the store as I was the only customer there. The store was decorated beautifully and had a unique selection of items, but I just felt unwelcome

I purchased a bracelet and the same day stone came and i went next day to return it and the lady at the front said they don’t have return policy, so decided to replace, while lady resizing the new one stone came out and i asked them I don’t want to buy anything and don’t want to visit the store again, they are showing bad attitude to customer, they don’t know what customer service means.
