I was also surprised and disappointed by the return policy and lack of transparency about it. I had to return some food as my dog became ill almost as soon as we opened the bag. The man who helped me at the till would barely make eye contact with me and acted as if I was annoying him. I know doing returns is not ideal but one return can equal lots more business if it is handled professionally. I asked about other food options and explained what the symptoms were that my dog was experiencing. He quickly showed me to the back without much more conversation. He showed me a couple of options but neither of which really fit what I had asked for. He didn’t wait to find out if they would work, he went right back up to the front.
I remember going to this store when it first opened and service was great. We moved and I had not been in a while. I will go back to spend the gift card and that will be it.

Very attentive to the needs of our dog, they help us choose between several options and they explained to us with great patience. Fantastic variety of food excluding comercial brands.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Have msg taking when not available to answer phone, with a returned call in a timely manner.
Wide variety of foods, treats & toys. Items neatly displayed.

I make a yearly visit to this store b/c they are the only place in the city that carries large Icelandic lamb horns. The store is well stocked compared to many other pet stores with unique products not found elsewhere. They also double engrave the tags to make them last longer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great pet store.

If a zero star for this location can be given I would, terrible customer service came in for advice for my dog who has not eaten kibble for a few days, and I gave talked about the food he has eaten in the past was given some advice and I was hesitant on a bag the lady who was helping me said he he didn’t like it I could return for a refund, came back the next day as I opened the bag they said I can only get a store credit nobody informed me about this. The two girls proceeded to tell me that it’s on the back of the receipt who is going to read the back of a receipt it’s not posted in any where in the store? I read the back of the receipt right in front of them no where dose it say that.it says you will get a refund if the bag is 3/4 full, how funny is that. I have never had this issue at my local grant location. I asked to talk to the owners about this policy as it’s not written or communicated within anywhere told they won’t be in until after may 4? That is really ridiculous. Willa never be returning to this location. Poor customer service and misleading information and in trained staff/ Supervisors.

Lots of mid and high grade cat food options. Staff and knowledgeable and friendly.
