I have a strange experience trying to purchase a used Mazda from this dealer. We are coming from out of town and would need to purchase and leave the city the same day. I told the saleman this. He indicated that the car did have a problem with the sun roof that they would repair. I asked if it would be repaired by the day we would be arriving. He said that they would not repair it untill there was a written deal on the car. Strange as you would think if they were selling the car it would need to be repaired regardless. I contacted the sales manager to see if the car could be ready to purchase, but recieved no response. We just couldn't justify having to drive back to the city from Northern Manitoba again to pick up the car once the sun roof was repaired. I remember when dealers would go out of thier way to have good customer service. I did not see any of that with this dealer.

Went to almost every dealership in the city and then a friend recommended me Abdul Memon at Auto Haus Volkswagen. He showed the exact car I was looking for with the features I wanted.

No pressure just excellent service and great overall experience.

Very disorganized. Poor customer service. Lack of communication.

Purchased a vehicle here, when we test drove it, there are was a few things we asked to have repaired & the sales person said it would be no problem. When we came in another day to pick up the vehicle/sign paperwork, the repairs were not on the sales agreement when the sales person said they would be. They said it would still be willing to replace them at a later date. So we agreed & went through with the purchase. We have tried reaching out countless times & have been given the run around. It's been months & it seems they will not be fulfilling their promises.

Also, even if your have an appointment to talk to someone they still make you wait 20+ minutes.

If you're not there to make a purchase, they don't care about you.

I had a very good experience at VW. Tim was our sales person. We had a really good experience at VW. Tim and VW made the entire purchase process easy and I would buy from Him again

Do yourself a favor and go to a better dealership.took almost a month after putting down a deposit just to find out the vehicle was not in the condition agreed upon and some work was still not done.got my deposit back and went to a better dealership.

I called the dealership from Saskatchewan trying to find a specific build of Tiguan that I could not find locally. Abdul Memon, Sales Executive, took my call and provided me with great customer service. I found him helpful, responsive, and professional in all of his dealings. I really appreciated his excellent service.

Don’t even deserve a single star. Zero customer service. I called them few times and asked them to know the status of warranty on my vehicle. Every-time the response was oh our system is down. Once i drove there to get help and at least some guidance or answer to the question. The service staff was so rude and did not even help at all. One guy said he did not have access to the system and the other said oh i forgot my password and the 3rd one oh i am busy. Seriously totally BS…. I asked to see the manager the receptionist went to see but never came back waited there for 15 minutes. As long as they would know that you are not there to buy no one even would be willing to listen or help. First ever bad experience in Winnipeg.

I walked into Autohaus VW on the fly to see what small SUVs VW offers. Was met by Abdul (sales) in a very professional and friendly manner, who showed me the specs of the Taos. He wasn’t pushy, but was respectful and informative. After checking out other small SUVs, nothing compared to the Taos! Abdul, and his manager Daniel were great to deal with in coming to an agreement. Both were respectful, not aggressive but rather friendly and fair. I also dealt with Rome (finance) and Kayla (customer services) who were also fabulous to deal with. After being a loyal Toyota customer, I’ve now flipped to my first VW! Overall I’m very impressed by the team at VW Autohaus and the exceptional service I received.

My experience with this dealership is nothing like I have experienced before. Best dealer ship that I have ever dealt with. Quick, fast and easy approval with the best rate and deal. It took them literally 30 mins to get me approved shout out to you Rome for getting me the best deals also I want to say thank you so much to Abdul for making sure that I am happy with the deal and purchase! The dealership provided a fantastic purchase experience from start to finish. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted by Alex Klassen almost immediately for additional information so they could submit a credit approval.

I was contacted the next day by Rome with amazing financing options on both new and pre-owned. I decided on a pre-owned unit as it was a better fit for my budget. Rome immediately emailed me with all financing terms included in the email. I let Alex know that I was ready to go ahead with the pre-owned. He got to work preparing everything for my arrival on Saturday, one and a half days later.

I am located a five hour drive outside of Winnipeg. This required me to leave for Winnipeg directly after work on Friday for vehicle delivery on Saturday morning. My girlfriend and I were on a tight schedule as she needed to be back home for an engagement on Saturday afternoon.

I communicated my scheduling needs to Alex, and he arranged everything so that we could check the vehicle out early Saturday morning, and meet with Rome to finalize financing at 10 AM.

When I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, everything was ready to go. I was able to drive and inspect the car, meet with Rome to finalize the purchase and financing, and even have the car registered at a broker across the street.

I was on my way within ninety minutes. This included Alex guiding me over to the service and parts departments so I could ask some questions, and buy some OEM parts for vehicle maintenance at home, as the furthest VW dealer to me is 350 kilometers away in Regina.

Jacq in service and Samantha in parts were both extremely accommodating and helpful. Samantha even gave me the details on signing up for the Go Auto group's points program, where you can earn points that can be spent on any of the auto group's products, including parts and service.

I am extremely happy with my car. I wanted a vehicle that was fuel-efficient with a manual shift transmission. The Jetta I purchased has a 6-speed manual shift transmission that is a joy to drive. My commute home to Swan River from downtown Winnipeg used just over a half a tank of gas and measured 6.3 liters per 100 kilometers for the entire trip home. This included quite a lot of city driving. This is incredible fuel economy!

How impressed I am with the dealership cannot be communicated. I am so happy with the whole experience.
