Golf Town

Recently I took advantage of the Grip Event and had my irons regripped and lengthened. I read some comments prior and was warned to be ready for a long turnover. Okay, with me, it's winter. The gentleman at the repair desk was knowledgeable, and if he wasn't sure, he would ask a coworker. I like that as he did not want to give me any false advice. It was about 3 days later that I received a phone call from Golf Town advising me that my clubs were ready. I was most definitely pleased.

Lots of selection for average sized people but nothing for me, and I like to dress nice too when I golf. Pricey with few sales. They could be more consumer friendly but not bad.

3 people asked if I needed help! I did not, but it was nice to know the support was there!

Waited for months to go. Looking for club covers. Several staff doing? One customer waling around with several piece of clothing over her arm (no one helping her) I saw a young man at the back of the store looking at me. When I started to go forward he started to walk away. I had to call out "Excuse me" I found one piece that I was looking for and left expressing that I would spend my money elsewhere! And I did!

I broke my iron and I went here to get it fixed. Club fitter Jonathan, he is the best!
He made my day, thanks again.

Went to golf town on empress. I walked in my work clothes. (construction worker) Was ready to buy a new wedge, putter and shoes. Asked for a certain pair of shoes. The staff just said: nah the ones you are looking for are only online. Turned around walked away. Didn’t get to ask another question and or give me any other options or any help in that matter. Ended up buying nothing in the store and won’t go back there.

Went in to purchase a new putter, preferably a scotty so not cheap. Went into the store dressed in sandles and shorts on plus 30 day. Only 2 people acknowledged me the whole time I was in there looking at the putters. The cashier and the security gaurd. Completely disappointed in the lack of service. John was even working the manager and still no one came to offer to help me. Ended up trying 8 putters then did a lap around the store to see if anyone would help and of course did a lap and walked right out the door. Passed 3 workers now playing by the wedges and on the putting green one kid one old guy who was retired from his normal 9-5.
Don't think I'll be buying from this location ever. I get there's tire kickers but at least come up and say hi especially when people are willing to drop $700 on a putter. But I get it, I'm just a number and my sale doesn't matter to this giant money hungry corporation

Had terrible first experience with full club fitting but management reached out to fix the issue and offer a do over. It depends who you talk to I suppose, like in any industry. Appreciated the follow up, good customer service.

Beautiful store everything was well displayed enjoyed seeing all of the stuff I could buy. BUT its expensive. Not for the budget golfer.
