Gondola Pizza North St.Vital, Windsor Park, Southdale

I walked in with a little cash on hand after a long night and I was having trouble figuring out what I wanted. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find the best price point possible. I walked in and got a 12 inch pepperoni during their busiest time and got out within 20 minutes with a really warm delicious pizza for less than 13$. 10/10 will try again

In ordering last night with Ryan, I have to say that he was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating! I was very specific with my order and again, when my pizzas arrived, they were hot, perfectly made and tasted delicious! After seeing some of the other reviews, I was quite surprised. We've been ordering from this location for over a year now. It has been consistently fabulous and the staff is the best! Thank you Gondola!

This place has converted me from a thick crust lover to a thin pizza crust lover. Great pizza!

$30 for a medium Greek pizza with next to no toppings and the “gluten free” crust is AWFUL! It turns rock hard, chipped my tooth and deep cut across my gums. When I called to let them know the dude on the phone said “ guess that’s what you get for being gluten free “ ummmmmn neither here nor there why I am gluten free (celiac disease) wow just wow! Last time EVER!

I never review but this was so bad. The pizza was over cooked, minimal toppings, minimal sauce, cold and dry upon delivery. I'm not even bothering to report this because it has become routine, just stay away from St. Vital Gondola Pizza is my suggestion. Not worth their asking price, sorry.

Been up feeling sick all night. We waited almost two hours for delivery after calling right when they opened. Once it finally came the pizza wasn't even hot, amd didn't taste fresh at all. Nothing like cold dry pizza. You kinda expect hot pizza when you pay $65 bucks for it. (We bought a couple) the delivery guy called his boss cause we were not happy, and then they proceeded to talk in their own language which was just rude. They could have been calling my parents names or something in Indian and we would never know. All in all it was terrible and we won't be ordering from this location again. I wasn't going to post a review but after being up sick all night I had nothing better to do.

I guess just isn't mine. Unfortunately.always drove by and wished to try. Ordered through skip the other day as it also has high points there. Well I was disappointed. Something off with the dough. Dominos pizza is much better in my opinion.

This pizza smelt amazing but was absolutely disgusting! I was so sick afterwards. Also their Greek salad didn't come with cucumber or iceberg lettuce. It was a container full of spring mix. How about change your description to what the item actually is.

Best Gondola location, taste like it did 15 years ago. Make sure to get the pep and side bacon. Always get original thin as the other crust aren’t spectacular. I’m not sure what everyone is talking about mine has always been on time.

Favorite Gondola location in the city. I like all kinds of pizza, but I could eat from here any day of the week.

I've been to the majority of the Gondolas in this city and I couldn't believe one of my favourite pizzas could get even better. This location does it Best. Amazing, attentive service. Hot, fresh pies cut to party which makes me feel like I'm snacking. Before you know it, it's gone. So delicious.

Worst. Egotistical manger with no apology when misunderstood when taking order. Happened many times. Never gonna buy anything from here.

The combo pizza we ordered was near to perfection. Ample toppings and cooked just right with a nice crispy not too thick or thin crust. Some take out the take out box is weightier than the pie not so with this order which had some heft to it.

Ordered delivery over the phone, staff was very polite and accommodating, pizza was on time and delicious! Will be ordering again. Very happy with the service and quality.

Once again had the best pizza. Super consistent. Some may say its pricey but I have ordered many pizzas with same cost attached to find cheap meat, large crust with no toppings. Called cheating out. Anyways consistent amazing Za!

It's my new favourite pizza place! I'm addicted and they have awesome pick up specials so it's great for me because I live so close. It's sooooo delicious and the guys working are super friendly and answered all my questions

Constantly receiving burned pizza from this location. Horrible customer service. Manager offers pop or cupcakes. Escalated to what I think was area manager and he apologized and made excuses. Not helpful at all. I had to fight for a future discount. He said I should be happy they replaced the pizza! Seriously that’s the bare minimum. We sent the pizza back after waiting an hour for the original, and then again only 30 mins which was Incredible! Isn’t there consistencies in a Brand that’s been around for 30 plus years. Very disappointed they take guest feedback so lightly. From one location to another not at all the same. Cheers to the Britanica location for always being incredible. Love the delivery drivers. ** update it was actually incredible on the second run, why do I need to fight through 3 people to get this resolved, which should be guest recovery 101.

Good pizza with lots of flavour. Staff always nice. Wish the small waiting area was more comfortable.

Barely any toppings. The original flavour of Gondola pizza we all knew and loved is gone! The greek salad was terrible with too many red onions and black olives! No kalamata olives. Plus they added about a cup or more of shredded mozza cheese with some feta! And the lettuce was field greens and spinach! Not worth the $28!
