Went in to buy a cake. Was very pleased with all the options. Ended up getting a vanilla bean cake. It was pretty good. The cake itself was a tiny bit dry but the butter cream was delicious. Would try another cake another time.

On two seperate occasions. Received the wrong cake. Got home opened it up for the person's birthday it was for. Wrong cakes.

First order was for a strawberry Fields cake. Received a lemon bases cake.

Pumpkin pie got banana cream.

Second order was supposed to be for a red velvet cake.

Received a heart shaped carrot cake that was red. Likely a leftover from Valentine's. Not quite sure how that happens.

That's a real let down. Two of our children have birthdays in October and both birthday dinners. The cakes were let downs.

Super dissapointed will not be using goodies for our birthday cakes in the future.

We are a family of 8. That's a lot of missed birthday cake sales.

Pretty good cakes - especially white chocolate raspberry. Very hard to get a hold of anyone, and it seems they shut down their website for orders earlier than the 2 days advertised on their website. I love their food but it's getting increasingly frustrating to get an order in.

We ordered a custom cake for our son’s 5th birthday. The ordering process was easy and the cake was delicious! It was decorated perfectly and tasted great!

It's the first time i try their cakes. I was visiting a friend and decided to take a cake from there. We cut the cake and started eating, it was without any taste, without any flavor.nothing, paid 40$ for nothing! Even my friend broke the silence and said don't ever buy from the place where you got this cake.

This is a good option for birthday cakes or cupcakes. I like the fast paced design and you will always find something available right away without waiting or preordering anything.

Goodies made a custom cake for my dad's retirement and I had sent a reference photo for an example. They went absolutely above and beyond and it looked 100 times better than the reference photo, everyone was in awe with how cool this cake looked! Thank you Goodies Bake Shop for doing such a great job.

Bought a singular cookie that came close to $3 tax included. Dry and crumbly texture. Disappointing. After eating, noticed the date stamp on the packaging was from 6 days ago. Why are you leaving old stale cookies on the shelf for sale?

The food is great, but hope you never have to contact them in anyway. Good luck if you do, be prepared to sit through an automated voice message no matter what extension you click on when calling and never speaking to an actual person. It's extremely unhelpful and frankly useless that they attached a phone number.

Ordered the Red Velvet Cake and Pumpkin Pie! Was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous and ABSOLUTELY delicious! Everyone loved them! Will definitely order this again!

I m very disappointed that you can not walk in an order a cake also to get directed to your website what about the people who don t have access to a computer you people make it very hard to shop at your place which is why I will nor shop at your store again

Horrible service my god. I’m not going to email you about a complaint, I would prefer to call you and talk over the phone. I’m sure as hell not driving to come see you guys in person. I bought a 6 pack of cookies and a couple of other things. My cookie had hair baked into it. Now obviously this is disgusting and no place should have hair in their food. Now this would’ve been a non issue if you guys actually had a number to call. Your website is trash and the customer service is just atrocious. NEVER EVER COME HERE!

It was such a lovely cake. I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday and they designed the way I wanted it and the flavour was also awesome. So grateful to find this bakery

Love this place. All the cakes and flavours are mind blowing, i have tried pistachios flavour, chocolate flavour and red velvet flavour and all of them were really good, upto the expectations, price is reasonable for the quality and they always have cakes available and you can just go and choose from plenty of different flavours and cakes. Staff is nice, interior is nice.

Their custom cakes are beautifully made and they can accommodate in such a short notice we gave them (<2 weeks) for a special occasion. Linda who takes the order is so pleasant to deal with. The cake tastes great as well. All their goodies are delicious! The staff are all so friendly and easy to deal with. Hours are great too as they open till later than most other bakeries.

Been coming here for 20 years.went in twice in the last month.store is empty.i stood at the till for 5 minutes both times and was completely ignored. Lots of other choices in Winnipeg. Will not return again.

Goodies has established itself as the go to bakery in Winnipeg for all your sweet treats! For years the standards have been well kept, they have a wide variety of treats to try from Italian desserts, cookies, cakes, etc. I wish them more successful years as it’s always a treat to visit them!

Worst experience ever.
Employees don’t know how to treat with customers. Those ladies were very rude and not helpful at all.
Cake doesn’t tastes good.
It was completely waste of time and money. Cakes were expensive and not worthy.

I ordered from here and at first I thought everything was good. But then everyone who had some of the order got violently ill. I dug the packaging out of the garbage and everything was dated at least 6 days prior to our order! We paid $90 for a box of food poisoning! I will never order from here again.

I have tried their cake in tasting and loved the lemon raspberry one. I absolutely love their salted caramel gelato and pistachio slice was absolutely delicious, multiple flavours, and textures. I can’t wait to try the rest of their gelato and sorbet. They always have a great variety even when I went in on Saturday night and I love that they are open late everyday.

In a birthday cake they don't even write message any more! I think that's one of the must have!

The stuffs are not very cooperative!

Quality of the cake also reduced and price went up significantly.

Goodies Management, I used to buy cake from you for any birthday party. Please fix the above mentioned issues soon, otherwise your old customers (that includes me and I have heard similar complain from my frieds) will start to find new options soon.

Wanted to order a custom cake but having to do it all by emails is just a hassle. I'll call up another custom cake maker.
