They had what I need at a reasonable price I ordered it from the 1 800 number.

I placed an order online to pick up at my local Grainger outlet.
The order is overdue and I called the 800 number to be told I should wait, my order was lost in transit. No phone number listed for my local branch, I drove to the pick up branch which has a retail store open to the public. I first asked about my order and was told they have the same information which was nothing, the order is lost. I requested a phone number to call rather than have to drive over to check on my order. I was told that corporate Grainger doesn't allow for them to be called. Interesting business model to have a retail store at 19 Scurfield Blvd in Winnipeg that can't be called by phone.
Communication needs to be worked on both online and by phone, had I known this prior to ordering you can bet I wouldn't do business with Grainger and I certainly won't again.
