2 years ago I had to bring in my Red Eared Slider, Jimmy, who was battling an infection. I thought he was gonna die, he wasn't eating, and slept all day. I'd had him 17 years without ever needing a vet visit. I brought him to Dr. Watson and the Grant Park staff, and he no joke took 2 hours with my turtle. I had to wait outside for covid procedures, and Dr. Watson phoned me twice, and thoughtfully discussed everything with me.

I was distraught, and guilt ridden for my lapse in care that led to the infection, and Dr. Watson shared some kind words at a time I really needed them. Thanks doc. And thanks staff, for treating my best friend like one of your own. The antibiotics worked after 3 doses, my bill was astonishingly low for 5 rounds of turtle meds, xrays, and 2 hours of your time. Still blown away by the dedication you all showed. Jimmy and I were lucky to have you:)

Dr Lin is super sweet and caring, I highly recommend her to anyone. Only issue I've had is with one of the receptionists, who was very rude and ignorant towards me and I don't know why. Just a little heads up of what you might encounter when you come here, but other than that it's a good place and everyone else is decent

My partner and I absolutely love this place, it is a complete 180 from the previous clinic we attended.
Last year my cat was misdiagnosed by my previous vet. I was super distressed and not getting much information out of the vet about what my options were. The best I got was “come buy this expensive speciality food or your cat will die. ”
Distraught, I got in touch with Grant Park Animal Hospital and was blown away by how incredibly kind they were about my experience, and they got me in ASAP to see Dr. Kramer for a second opinion. The way he handled my cat was so compassionate and caring — way different from my previous experience.
He issued further testing and was able to determine her previous diagnosis to be incorrect. He also talked me through things I could do different to ensure she stayed happy and healthy. It was honestly the best experience. I will always bring my pets here going forward. Thank you to this great team for always being friendly and understanding!

Absolutely amazing people here! I have been taking my cats here for years and they have always been friendly and have had great customer service. It wasn't until recently when I had to put down one of my cats that I realized how amazing and compassionate they all truly are.

A really lovely vet experience. Grant Park always has the interests of my pup at heart. They are understanding and don't try to upsell. I have a tripod pup with epilepsy, the care we receive at Grant Park is above and beyond. Dr. K is the gentlest kindest vet.
Appointments are typically on time and vet takes the time to hear your concerns.

Were extremely happy with everything about the new location. Better parking, better hours, and nearer to home.

Took my 16 year old Yorkie in for a nail clipping for the first time. They are very accommodating, got us in and were done so quickly, I don't think she knew what hit her. LOL Friendly staff. Highly recommend, will take her back when needs a grooming.

This veterinarian hospital offers great service at a very good price. In today's environment of ever increasing prices, it's nice to see a small company putting great service for our family members, our pets, above exhorbitant profit taking. They really do go above and beyond with products, prescriptions, and excellent, friendly help. They take the time to make sure you understand what's happening to your pets. Overall, highly recommended!

I've taken my rabbit here since they opened and recently took my cat, which was quite ill. They went above and beyond for us. Explained the test results, and explained why she got sick in the first place. If I could give 10/10 I would.
