It was my dogs first time getting a nice little spa day, he didn't seem to enjoy himself and would rather have us keep up with his grooming at home. The girl also said he was a bit finicky and took some work so there would be a extra handling fee charge the next time. All in all it was a okay experience.

Incredible service and knowledgeable staff. Grassroots staff are trustworthy and I know they are keeping my tiny dog safe and well socialized while he’s at daycare.
I have also been using their grooming services for years and have never been more than pleased with the care and compassion my dogs and I receive.

I was hesitant at first to go to Grassroots Grooming as I had been told that while they did an excellent job that they were way over priced. I did go however, and I couldn't be happier.

We have been there for a grooming and also for play time. I was very happy with they quality of work they did grooming my Shi tzu X. My boy looked so happy also when we went to pick him up from play time or (day care). I did some research and found out that many of the groomers are very experienced dog handlers.

I trust them 100% with my fur baby Niro. As far as them being over priced I did not find that at all. I actually paid 30 less than what I paid at a "big box" pet store whose quality of work I was not happy with. I would definitely recommend Grassroots to anyone!

These ladies were so gentle with my furbabies getting their nails trimmed. Really appreciate their patience.

Very nervous dropping my dog off for play are & a groom, we both have anxiety, lol.
But so very impressed when i went to pick him up at the end of his dat, beautifully groomed & blissfully exhausted from playing with his new friends. Staff are awesome & their prices are very reasonable!

I take my mini poodle here to be groomed. They are great at communicating with me and ensuring they understand what I am looking for. I am confident by the atmosphere and way they deal with the other dogs that mine is well cared for. I would highly recommend them both for grooming they use Envirogroom shampoo's and products which is such an amazing product. I can buy it from them too which is also nice.

Our mini poodle went there for grooming until he was to old to handle the fun furry excitement of the place. They always did a great job and we were always confident he was safe and would come home with a great cut. Age has caught up to our old boy and with the loss of sight he can't go hear anymore but we miss the amazing staff and how easy it was to book, drop off, and pick up. Alyssa you have a great team.

I love the people that work there, they are friendly and get to my doggy pretty fast, plus he gets to spend time with other dogs, but just mostly sits in the window waiting.

I took my tiny 15 plus blind Papillion mix for a hair cut bath and nail trim. The place looked with nice with all the doggies looking happy that were there for their day care. My experience was terrible. Because my tiny doggy with maybe 3 teeth was nippy they butchered her haircut and it appears they knicked her skin and didnt tell me about it. The haircut was awful and yet they still charged me over $100.

My sensitive German Shepherd was very nervous about getting groomed. She had been to several local groomers, and it was so stressful for her. Then we took her to Kyle, at Grassroots Grooming, and that started a transformation in grooming experience for our dog. Kyle has a calm demeanor, and an unexplainable connection to the dogs. Our dog could feel it. She now is calm and confident, when she goes there. It was a natural transition to move to Grasslands, with our large dogs, and be able to receive such excellent support. The entire staff at Grasslands and Grassroots, are fantastic. Kyle and Alyssa, obviously have a passion for these dogs, and that attitude is shared by the entire staff. We feel so incredibly lucky, to have access to such a great local business.

We have been taking our pets to Grassroots Grooming for years. Our cocker spaniel was always so proud of his cuts and eager to go for a walk to show them off. Our other girl is a nervous Nelly, but with the consist appointments, comfortable environment and routine process, she has become very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First time went there because seems like it got a decent review. If all the response I get from my dog bleeding from a nail trim was " It happen" " hopefully it will get better" from 2 different person there, and its still bleeding after I get home, I have to stop it from bleeding for another 15 mins and I had called the vet, their response show me how much their really care for animal. I was trying to stay calm for the sake of my dog not for the girl that cut his nail with the comment "it happen" when I was there. Just so you know. The guy over there was the only one that shows concern to the situation and try to do something about it for my dog. And I tell you what, I understand accident does happen but the attitude and how it was being handle towards it was what I upset about.

Staff always makes us feel welcomed and valued as our dog Luda is a little anxious. We have been going for years and they always give the best haircut. Thank you Grassroots

Frist time using a groomer for our German shepherd. It was a very wonderful experience! I can't thank kassidy enough for going the extra mile for our baby girl. She was incredibly sweet. It did take about 2 hours for her to be finished but I expect thats due to Roxy not enjoying bath time all that much. Will likely be seeing Kassidy in the future from now on:)

I took my wooly malamute Homer to get groomed today. They did a fantastic job. He smells and looks amazing. He is not the easiest boy to groom. I definitely will go back and would recommend this place. Great job!
