Great Canadian Oil Change

Ended up costing 221$ plus the guy made a fuss about checking air in my tires. Pathetic if u ask me

Constantly long wait times outside.
I drive a VW, so paying for European oil to meet vw vehicles standards are a must.
I noticed they charge me a base price of 149.99$ for full synthetic oil change, then when you look further down they charge another 15$ +tax for oil! And charging everyone a minimum of 8$ for shop supplies etc.charging an extra 25$ a car per visit.
I’ll avoid this place. Feels like a very dishonest owner and company.

Terrible service and wait times. Tried 3 separate times to address tires in November. Each time the wait was very long, then told by staff they had no staff for tires that day. Come back tomorrow or call to see if they had staff. Very disappointing. Finally went to Kal Tire for service. Why are you advertising a tire service when staff is not even available? Better off to make an appointment elsewhere.

Don't eat in this restaurant, the waiters in this restaurant are rubbish and the service is terrible, especially the young girl with a tattoo on her arm has a very bad attitude.

Came for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Got the complimentary drink while waiting. Service was great and no upsell whatsoever (I know how managers love their peeps to upsell but as a customer this builds A LOT o loyalty). You could hear the team communicating as a well oiled machine. It was such a great experience I couldn't help but tip them a good percentage! I will always come back for my oil changing needs. 100% recommended

U can get a full synthetic oil change at ledingham and a full inspection for $50 dollars less. Not sure why it's so expensive for the same or (lower?) service? Not worth going here imo. Nice staff tho!

These people probably can’t hold their bladders right. Rude. And VERY lazy. Il pay the extra money now and go to ford or GMC where I know my vehicle will be taken care of the right way. These people don’t care about their work. Freeloaders from what I seen in my experience.

Very friendly staff. A couple times I went, and they didn't charge me for inspections. Fast service, and even a free drink while you're waiting. One of the best shops around.

Was there twice previously waiting in line and eventually had to leave because they were taking way too long. Came back a third time was second in line and got in and out in about 40 minutes. So not bad.

They always are friendly and never have a problem cheaking out a noise that's unusual under your car.thanks guys

This used to be a good quick place to get an oil change, but I’ll be going elsewhere henceforth. They now offer tire service and it has apparently severely compromised their ability to offer a quick oil change. A 30 minute wait to even get started in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday is a far cry from the service level I had come to depend on. If you need timely service don’t go here.

You should have just stuck with oil changes, Great Canadian Oil Change, but you got greedy. I’ll just get my oil changed in the city.

I would not recommend the Steinbach location to anyone went to get a oil change there today was second car in line they told me 30 min wait tops I waited over a hour they were letting other cars that were behind me go through the other lanes while I was still waiting to even get in so I left I called to speak to the manager very rude and disrespectful on the phone been there many times but this will be the last time
