Greencrest Clinic And Walk-In Clinic

I was hesitant to go due to the poor reviews, but on the other hand I assumed there would not be a wait
I was correct about the wait. Walked in the door and after getting registered I was promptly taken to the Dr. 's room.
The Dr asked why I was there and I explained my ailment, and what Dr Google had said. He quickly assessed my symptoms and clearly explained the treatment.
The previous reviews of the front desk staff being rude must have been prior to a regime change as she was pleasant and professional with entering my information.
I kinda feel like I should be selfish and leave a bad review so my newly discovered gem of a good walk-in clinic will stay slow so I can come and be seen quickly and professionally with my future ailments.

I had Dr. Prince Sidhu. He seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. He ordered me a blood test which I appreciated but I did not appreciate how he talked to me about my situation. We were talking about creams for my ear and nasal spray for allergies. He asked about how many times I took the spray and I said 3. I mentioned that the nasal spay irritated nose. He said, "That's not good enough. " I kept repeating that what he was suggesting things I have already done and needed another opinion. I don't know if he reacted like that because I am a strong female and spoke my mind but he was not helpful and showed me no empathy. I was thankful for the blood test but I couldn't show it because I was left speechless.

The doctors are pretty good here but the reception is not. The receptionist were rude almost every time that I went. They were also dismissive and gave false information.

They would not let me get a family doctor here because I had another one even though my old family doctor is 2 hrs away and I don’t live there anymore. I spoke to a different agency and they said the receptionist was wrong and assigned me a doctor at Greencrest. A few months later my doctor at Greencrest sent a letter stating that they were moving and I would be reassigned to a different doctor. They never reassigned me to anyone and did not communicate that to me.

For months they denied my appointment request so I eventually went and asked them why and they said it was because I didn’t have a family doctor there anymore and no other doctors were taking patients.

Huge waste of time and I just kept getting sick because I couldn’t see a doctor.

A repeat client. Suggest to book appointment with your doctor as a backup. Walk in service is not reliable.

Never saw the bad service like this, thank you for calling me from 50 km away to ket me know that you are closed. It shows open on maps.

Needed a walking clinic looked this one up on line, it indicated it was open and wait times were lower than usual. Went to the clinic and they had a sign up stating the walk in was CLOSED! Checked the web again still said it was open

I was so happy with the clinic.but the y changed everything they never answer the phone.now out the blue they said that we need to look for a family doctor n different places.it's very difficult to start with a new doctor, because we use to have doctor price as our family doctor he is wonderful professional

I have been to the clinic a couple times as walk in. The doctor is great and takes his time to understand and diagnose. The reception desk however is curt and not responsive. Their phones are never working and i had to go to another clinic after reaching there because their walk in doctors had left at 11: 30am. Reception needs better phones so people dont waste their time or better system of communication.

Came for a walk in a couple times right when it opened, waited an hour an a half because my case wasn’t as “important” as everyone else

My family Doctor moved away and they said they have a new doctor coming in to replace them but after making me wait for a month they just said sorry there was a mis communication among them and they don't have any doctors left for me. The staff are very unorganise here!

Worst Customer service at reception!
Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, never answers calls and in person behaviour is far worse.

Our family Drs. Shenodah and wasef are wonderful - have been with the for 10 years now and they always make sure to adress our concerns. Dr. Wasef is wonderful with my teen girls

Walk in is not available and not shown on the website so it’s a waste of time for you to go and see the notice on their reception desk….

My daughter have to wait for two hours even she is having appointment. Then doctor said that she is late. Receptionist ladies are too rude. Stay away from green crest clinic.

Trying to get a new family doctor and this place just keeps declining applications, receptionist leaves phone off the hook to deliberately stop people from calling. Despicable.
